Chinese Palace

This is the best value for money among all the places I ate in Dubai. The food is delicious, plentiful, and friendly. There are so many people that it takes time for the food to come out. It tastes very good.

Went on to try the combo platter from Chinese Palace, that came with our choice of Chili Chicken and cashew chicken with that perfectly made fried rice, like always the spring roll was super crispy and a tad bit oily. I personally loved the chili chicken and the fried rice was simply yumm, it is something that we still miss and wish we could visit Dubai again just to enjoy the meal at Chinese Palace.

The Egg fried rice and beef brocolli are too salty which I can't eat! Please be cautious with the food you prepared!

It’s one of my favorites meals? , after very tired day it was my prize, sooo yummy, I ordered combo chicken meal through Talabat application and it took around 20 minutes to deliver, the food was fresh and hot, I paid for the meal 38 Durham and for the delivery around 5 Durham, highly recommend

Food is excellent until I went to burjuman mall and the manager in the yellow t shirt start treating me badly. Last week she shouted at me when I didnt understand when she was saying what kind of soft drink I want as she had a mask on. I advised her that this is no way to treat me shouting at me and acting arrogant towards me. There was also another guy there who treated me way better than her and told me that she is their manager. And now this week I went to get food again as I love the food there and she literally skip me and serve other customers I stood and waited and she never served me. Later on I had to make a member of my family get my food as she didnt serve me and she was treating people badly and at last I got my food. I am voicing out as she Is personally making my life a misery now every time I come there to burjuman mall.

Server was kind enough to explain the specials according to our taste and his recommendation turned fruitful. Kung pao chicken with noodles combo was superb accompanied by complimentary soup. They also have variety of bubble tea. The soup filled our soul that we ordered and paid for extra cup. Overall had good time and would definitely recommend who like to eat chinese.

Excellent food and great value for money! Services were mint, offered help in choosing the food. Only 3 stars for the atmosphere because it feels like a fast food but again food is more than worth it.

Very good Food! But Please try to offer a water when mall staffs are buying meal, instead of cola, hope it wont cost millions.

This was really disappointing, first I went in the line and they refused to let me go first even though I was there for over 20 minutes. The line wasn’t even that long and I took such a long time to receive it the workers even had the audacity to tell me to go to the of the back of line. When I got my food it looked really old and it was cold even though I just I got it. They have 4-5 pieces of chicken…

Pretty good Asian food, typical mall fast food, nothing special, but staff are nice, tried it once, thats enough,

Horrific place to eat. Oil is good for the whole family. Had to beg for tissue papers.
Disaster

Bad experience, the food is very salty and MSG, after that you have to drink a lot of water, the preparation is very poor

This is my favorite fastfood chinese restaurant as its taste is very delicious. Not salty nor bland. I mean just right. As compared to rival fastfood chinese restaurant this is more delicious. I like their combo of pancit and fried rice with 2 viands so tasty i frequently order this in any mall of dubai specially Mall of Emirates

LOGIC FAIL!

We order staff meal and since I’m a vegetarian, the only option they have for veg in staff meal is boiled vegetables. I asked them if I can get veg manchurian, instead of chicken manchurian and they refused to it. What I fail to understand that they are ready to give a more expensive combo (non-veg) item in staff meal but not an item from the cheaper one (veg).

When they can have 5+ options in non-veg, how difficult is it really to have a veg option other than boiled veggies! Really is it that difficult to give veg manchurian and easy to give 5+ options in non-veg! They really need to reconsider and do the math.

Really don’t understand the logic!

Chinese palace located in food court of ibn e batutta mall. Food i tried first time and it was too Good. Specially ther kung pao chicken and chili beef.

Noddles are different but taste good.

I like the hot and sour soup and butterfly prawns.
Crispy cracker and veg rolls are love.

They have combos for one person and super combo as well.which is good enough for two person.

Staff is very polite and humble. Good value of money.

Value for money combo meals. Good variety of choices. Clean and tasty. Ask for the single or double combo and choose your items. The only improvement that may be useful is the plates - if they are better quality plastic it would feel more sturdy.

If you want the beef noodle soup from this place just buy a koka instant cup noodles from Lulu and have fun. 27 DHS is not worth for a koka noodles of 3 DHS.

We loved Chinese Palace until the moment when quality of food has dropped. We always had deliveries from Burjuman branch and several month ago quality of food significantly dropped and we stopped ordering. I decided to give another chances, last month and this month but no improvements. Rice has additional weird smell, noodles are very oily, chicken is ok, dumplings and buns are not that good anymore. Please, get back to original quality!

So sad that the egg fried rice is no longer available in talabat instead the rice is vegetable rice with onions and it tastes so bad wish the egg fried rice was still there

Presentation is ok, but when it comes to the food it all taste the same. Overall, value for money is not recomendable

I always come back for their vegetable chow mein but yesterday when I ordered again, I've seen that it has changed. They are now using a different noodle and I was a bit disappointed but I still gave it a try. And.yeah! It was still really good! Even better!

I bought a beef hotpot in chinese palace mall of emirates this afternoon. It was very salty so came back to counter to ask for extra hot water but staffs are very rude. Even though they are my fellow kabayans. They doesn't care that i was standing there waiting for the hot water. If i not ask again they wont give me hot water. I will never go back eating there and would never recommend to anyone.

My Go To brunch would be this Soy Garlic Chicken Wing bowl. It''s new in their menu and i loved it. Sweetness of chicken compliments the vegetables and egg. Got a lots of vitamins in one bowl. Service is excellent TOO! This brand has 11 outlets all over Dubai. It's all located in the malls' food court. A A MUST visit place!
