There are many chocolate shops in the mall and we checked them all however this chocolate shop makes difference with the warm welcoming. They right away offered us chocolates to try and they were all good. We found the perfect chocolate gift box that we were looking for.

Abdul khadir - a shout out to such a kind man. I love my city dubai cause it has such wonderful souls who make our life so happy, positive and so welcoming. I went to buy chocolates at chocolala but shopping turned into such a happy and lovely experience for the way me and my daughter was welcomed and taken care by me Abdul khadir - thank you for so much respect and making our festival feel so special just with the grace and integrity you treated us with. Shop manager (Firas) insulted me and embarrassed me in front of my guests and refused to apologize, very bad experience today (15-12-2022)

I request to have a call with the shop owner

Update: person named Ahmed (claimed to be area manager, and manager of Firas) called to threaten me to remove my review or he complains against me to Authorities! And he said they can’t reach to owner so I’ll never be able too.

Affordable and delicious, I have repeatedly gone to Chocolala for gifts and brought friends and family to check it out.
The staff are very helpful and friendly, and will happily provide some samples before you make your selection.

They have a range of flavours, from chocolate-dipped brownies (milk chocolate), chocolate-dipped red velvet cake bites, and blueberry cheesecake bites-to Ferrero Roche bites, wafers, and assorted nut treats.

Well worth a visit!

Abdulkader & the Filipino lady at the counter was so helpful with providing the flavors & payment method. The design was spot on and also with the required kgs. I am so happy for business like this. It made my son's 1st birthday a hit

Best chocolates I’ve tried in Dubai! My favorite is the pistachio, it has full pistachios and pistachio paste, delicious!

Love their chocolates specially the dark chocolate hazelnut filling, which is rare to find available at the store.
The only thing that I would like for them to change is the color of wrapping.
I always buy chocolates filled with pistachios and hazelnut, and whenever available the dark chocolate ones.
However, almost everytime the wrapping available is the same color.
When I get a box of all these mixed, I'd like to at least be able to distinguish between them whenever I serve my guests.
All in all, the quality of the chocolate is great, the staff are very polite.

Although their products are good but their staff need a lot of training and specially the manager who’s not cooperative at all and enjoys being rude with the customers.their business could improve a lot if they knew the alphabet of dealing with clients.

Very upset with the service. I bought a box of chocolates and asked them for different flavors, then ended up giving all pista flavors. Very disappointing.

Chocolala has a lot of different types of chocolates, they already have trays ready to buy and if you don't like whats on display you can have your own arrangement done it does not take a lot of time. Not very expensive.

Ran in to get a gift for a dinner host and the staff were extremely helpful in suggesting a suitable gift box within my budget. And the feedback I got from the host was that the chocolates were delicious! So a success story all round! Will definitely go back!

By far the tastiest chocolate in Dubai! They used to have discounts with lots of banks, but they stopped that a while a go. But other than that amazing staff very friendly and welcoming and on top of that quality chocolate

The staffs needs to understand what is customer service and they owners should make an effort to teach these staffs how to speak. Chocolates are amazing though but takes away 4 star due to poor service.

If not the best, one of the best handmade chocolate shop in UAE. The barsha mall shop has a lot of options and beautiful gift packaging. They also sell arabic coffee and dates. If you arw a visitor to UAE you must take some back.
