Hi.your Ajman branch is acting so irresponsible. I ordered for some things on 7.30 PM (20/06/2023) delivery came at 9.25 PM.this is not the first time we are facing this issues with choithram Ajman, many times it happens. If you can't deliver on time you could have informed the customer, why you people are not doing that, why this much delay.why you people are making us so angry.understand.all the people working here in abroad are busy in their every moment.this is really disgusting.

I would like to order some products in wholesale and tried to contact Mr. Nishi who is I believe handling goodness product but no response at all from him I believe they don’t want business any more. I really feel bad for the company that after such a big name the employees are ruing it.

Shocking to note. I was on a call with Choithram Head Office this noon 12th Jan 2022, and the telephone operator Rajesh was clueless about the chain of supermarkets, individuals manning the branch and worst he was arrogant when I had to remind him how on earth he works for Choithram and has no clue bout these customer queries. On reminding him that a complaint should be lodged against him he had no qualms and said go ahead and complain. Sheer irresponsibility and training by Choithram management which is a shame. Customers/ Consumers beware

Some team members including cashier and management staff at Choithrams at al rais, rolla street, bur dubai are incompetent to use debit/credit card machine. I called their head office to raise the issue. After explaining to the receptionist my call was put on hold for long time and later the receptionist told me that no was was available to attend my query.
Extremely poor and disappointing experience.

Even I have left my number with the receptionist and asked her if the concerned person can call me.
