Very bad I took items then I found when I reach missing and when I call ver rude answer really very bad and they need training

This is so rude when costumer calls and u guys answer the phone and hang up the call on my face what a poor service!

Horrible delivery! I have ordered through the app and the store is 5 min away. There was a product missing and nobody called me to replace the item despite I specially mentioned that i need a call if item is missing. And dumplings was all melted and then frozen again so they sticked to each other and this is very dangerous because you can be sure in a proper quality and it can be poisonous. I call the customer service they told me that they will replace it. Nobody called from the supermarket, I called them again, again nothing. So no product, no dinner, no respect.

Fruits and veggies are fresh.everything you need is there.bakery cake and cheese spread also here

I live in DEC tower so I’m almost every day visiting this place, the cashier team are very unprofessional very rude, they can keep you waiting forever because of no change without even apologizing, most of the time there’s only one person at the cashier with a lot of customers and you will just have to wait for so long and it’s seems that it’s normal for them

Open 24 hours has everything you need from food to clothes to household items. Remember every Tuesday and Friday they have deals going on throughout the store.

As a traveler I think such retail stores are too bad for Dubai. Because no check will be issued for what you bought and you will be asked for a check if you want to replace what you received. I am dissatisfied with such sales stores.

Cashiers are arrogant to customer. Always.if it is not chit-chatin', system issue, wrong-priced against the barcode, staffs are not enough to cater the customers, staffs are not on their station.and many more.poor customer service at its finest!
When in comes to the place itself.they keep changing the places of their goods.when you ask a staff on whereabout of their item/s.staff themselves are not aware where they kept it.
Managers/Supervisors are also always missing.hey! Please go around your store so that you could address immediately what are the concerns regarding your staff/store not merely always in the locker room.and expecting a page-call everytime that they need you.
Lastly, to the lady cashier and the indian guy at the counter tonight.remember that you are in a customer-service industry.it doesnt cost you anything to apologize for the incovenicence caused, especially if the contributing factor is from your side, letting your customers wait for long, If you are this rude to reason out or response, then probably being in the CSR is not a good place for you to work.

All types of groceries of majority countries are available! Quick service! "Easy to find" display of all the items!

Everything available here including all daily needed stuffs and Products are slightly higher price.

Really good supermarket as far as choices go, love that they have a good variety of fresh produce. They only reason this isn't a 5 star review is because of the staff. Super unhelpful and unfriendly to the point where you don't even want to ask for assistance. Especially the cashiering department.

Good collection of items. The thing I liked the most was I could find my most loved pork sausages

Some of the goods run out of stock quickly as of rush hour, but the essentials are always available, friendly very helpful staff, that's for sure

Decent size super market, you will find most of the daily required items here. Indian food available

I do really love the Choithrams Marina supermarket! They have a good selection of fresh vegetables and fruits, squeezed fruit juices, fresh bread daily baked, good meat (halal) and fish counters, frozen food (I love the frozen cherry pies and cheese cakes available here), homeware and some simple clothing (briefs and T-shirts). Staff is very friendly, helpful, so nice to go there!

A good place for daily need products. It's just a bit costly that too in regards of few products in comparison with Lulu and day to day stores.

Don’t buy produce here, last time I spent money on expensive strawberries and mushrooms on two separate incidents - they went bad after one day only. Seems like they receive products at the end of their shelf life. Strawberries and mushrooms should not rot after one day. I’ve already seen their meat case, and my instincts told me to stay away.

Overpriced, only good if your in a pinch and need a dry good with a log shelf life. Save your money and go to Spinneys.

The items which I need like onion, garlic, noodles and snacks are cheaper than I expected. I was thinking that since it is situated in Dubai Marina, items should be expensive. But I was wrong. They offer promos and buy one take one sale on Tuesdays. They have variety of items to choose from. I enjoyed shopping here as they got also Filipino and other Asian sections.

Great selection of items, although could be said they are sold on a high price. You can find pretty much everything there that you need and they hold a range of common items, including Tesco branded items such as soups etc. The store is large, clean, has air-conditioning, and serves with easy access for a number of hotels in the area (and if you stay at Signature / Jannah) it is directly opposite! Walking this direction, you will find a number of different food shops.

Inside Choithrams, there is also a Tim Hortons concession.

I've been there few times during the day and it looks a normal supermarket, to be honest!
But for a supermarket supposed to be open 24h I just went there ar 11pm and it was totally a disaster!
Freezers open.staff saying that the quality of the product is very bad.
Asking for some help to get some fresh food for dinner and either meat or fish was a anyone.full staff walking around as a fancy private party!
As a neighbour of the market for sure I will not recommend and oubiouly share the experience of the reality that I saw.
Will be safe to buy food in small shops near than yo imagine what was ar 11pm could be at 3 am!

Good place to shop on for the daily needs, easy access and exits from all sides, easy meals available with some great salads.

The selection of items was excellent though the price range is a little high. Wasn't too crowded and easy check out. Love that it's attached to DEC making it easier for residents. Needs better directional signage to help guide people to products and special offers. Christmas decorations need an upgrade:)

A one stop supermarket for all your day to day supplies, ready to eat snacks and other stuffs as well. Can get a variety of things and still the price is reasonable.

One stop shop for all your needs. The store is huge and very clean! They have the best collection on current occasions too and loads of offers and promotions everyday!
Do visit the store on Tuesday's as they have amazing deals on a lot of products and also a flat 50 percent off on certain products!
Ps - They have a small Tim Hortons right inside their store so you can sip on some good coffee while you shop:)

The supermarket is brilliant. I buy fresh vegetables and enjoy my visit daily. The horrid experience with the parking security is one that will keep me away from returning to choithram. He was so disrespectful and nasty and refused to open the barricade upon my exit due to two mins remaining for the expiry of the two hour grace period.

His approach was incorrect and threatening. In the event I do consider to return and if the security officer displays the same atrocious attitude I will seek the intervention of the management and authorities.

Review profiles before recruiting such security who are aggressive and disrespectful. You just lost customers because of such people!

Very good variety. Clean and organized. There is a Pork section. The cheese section can be improved. Prices are on the higher side compared to Carrefour and Union Co-op.
