Chowking Al Ghurair has become my go-to spot for delicious comfort food! The flavors here are consistently on point, and the service is top-notch. The food is very affordable and tasty. If you like refreshing drink you need to try the Nai Cha and the chicken lauriat

This is one of the worst chinese restaurants I have ever been to. I have tried this restaurant in Saudia also and I was left disappointed. I ordered noodles plus schezwan sauce chicken. It tasted horrible. Chicken was very salty and chewy. Noodles were just okay. Quantity was way less than it should be. I didn't like the food at all. I'm extremely upset by their food. Value for money is not great. It didn't look like a fresh meal to me.

The Restaurant serves More than wonderful meals. I love this place to see the always great team.

Packing very bad.sir. Why you using plastic packing. Your not friendly In environment. Use paper type packing pls.

During our dining around 1pm one of our order was congee but there is an ingredient that is already spoiled please dont do that next time! Cashier is so boring. I like Chowking ever since but it's just a disappointment during that visits i hoped give good food and take good care of your customers. We pay the right amount so we deserved also the right food not a spoiled one! Sad experience.

Went there with my wife and her friends we order a big meal, I ask the waiter to get the drinks first as I was thirsty, they are total 8 staff including the manager on the counter, took them like 15 min to arrange 4 cups only I went to check why its late the manager have a very aggressive behavior he didn't even talk was using his pointing, the cups was actually prepared so they add only ice on it so it taste flat, even though they don't have rush they had 3 tables only, second thing I ask for water the waiter said rudly go to counter, if this restaurant have self service I suggest u reduce the staff count as u have more than 8 person who only stares at customers instead of doing a good service. Will not eat there again as it was a really bad experience.

Amongst their branches in the UAE that I've visited, their Al Ghurair branch is on the top when it comes to customer service and handling of orders. I hope they keep it up and be consistent.

Verry Bad Services. They did not check properly the order that they giving.they are the one make the mistakes but the manager did not apologize.disappointed in service specialy the manager @10: 30pm very unprofessional behaviour

Food is great. They forgot to bring a part of my order. They need to work better on delivering drinks (packaging is not the best for drinks). Prices are good comparing to other restaurants.

Pathetic delivery services by the restaurant where they took almost more than an hour to deliver my order which was order only for one person. Also no coordination and very unprofessional behaviour for not being attentive when customers calls to ask for an update of the food. First and totally bad experience

I did not like the taste, presentation, service and cleanliness. Chicken was overfried, hard and oily.

Last night i buy this food in chowking argureir. I make it to go. I wait for 20 min for my order wen i reach home and i open my order that i paid 55aed. Only the 2 chicken with yellow rice and 2 halo halo. Its not there the drinks and the worst is the chicken its not fresh its like they cooked in the morning. And they re heat. Even my cat cannot eat so hard and so bad. Very bad service, food is worst. I paid the exact amount but they will cheat you. Chowking argureir.

Last 24th Feb, and many of my colleagues decided to have dinner at chowking al ghurair branch. It was a pre booked visit, we called at 6pm prior to it. At 10.30pm we start arriving there.
No one greeted. No one guided us.
I approached the supervisor i think there, and introduced myself that im one of the group who booked there for that day, didnt even guided me and my other colleagyes where we can sit. Zero customer service. Whats worst? We filipino suggested a filipino/chinese resto coz we are proud. But these staff you have there are the worst. During our ordering, by the way we are group of 20 people of more i think. During the ordering, they saw that we are struggling on what to order, to ensure our other colleagues of different nationalities will like also. No one suggested.it took time for them to assist, or let us what they can suggest right? We expected that food will be served as we have a lot and lots of order. But they said, they dont serve on the table anymore. Ok, you changed your rules due to pandemic but atleast show to your customer, that we are valuable right? All your staff made us feel like we are begging for food there. Except for the other nationality waiter there. He was nice to us. I have more to tell. Pls.contact me.on this email. Everything we ask or we inquire, they only say NO we dnt do that anymore.is that a good service? I really regret why i brought my colleagues there. I feel like we all deserved to be treated better.

After noticing it for years, my friend convinced me to have lunch at Chowkings! I tried the King Chao which was filled with Umami and savoury. The iced tea was also good. The staff were friendly and made me feel home.

Will definitely come back to finish the menu.

Went to attend a birthday party in their party hall. Expecting Chowking quality food and the food they served didn’t even come close! Mas masarap pa pagkain sa karenderya. Sorry. Could be natapat lang, but still, Chowking even if it is in the party hall (it’s in the same damn restaurant for crying out loud) should have the same quality of food. Kaya pala cheap lang ang party package nila. The venue is okay and the party host/magician was very good and commendable. But the food was definitely 1 star only.

Well cooked food. Worth the pay. Friendly staff. Clean indoors. Will choose this restaurant when m back in this area

Food is nice but always delayed and sometimes missing the order, so need to followup to make sure they ddnt missed it. Even online orders took 1 hr to deliver.

The place was amazing the food was very delicious, Halo was so rich in ingredients… but one month ago everything is not in order.the portions is very small i ordered breaded fish the fish is half the size as shown … two weeks ago i get take away halo it was without the unique sauce the milk one and i went all the way back to the restaurant to get it … please Chawking be No one again

I was craving for a fried chicken for the last 2 weeks and my first thought was Chowking's tasty fried chicken! This place is a bit crowded during Thursdays though but it is still worth going and enjoying any of their menu. This Chinese/Filipino fast food is very accessible by metro, taxi, car or even by walk (if you leave anywhere Al rigga)

NEVER AGAIN.worst service ever.almost 2 hrs home divery, foods not propery packed, cheap not presentable.

I love beef mami noodles.in other branch like karama.they serve small beef chunks.half inchbin size.

The staff is accomodate the customer but it's not organized the order, some other order take so long like my experience, please improve.

We usually eat at this restaurant since the food was good and serving is decent for a nice meal. Staff are friendly and not too much of waiting.

Customer Service was so bad or non existence, we order halo halo and it was only filled with ice. Food is being served cold as dead. Never will comeback at this restaurant.

Just order my food in zomato @ 7: 36 its already 9 more than an hour and i didn't recieve my order trying to call them but no one responding its an acceptable why they received my order of they cannot handle it rubbish service as always!

Hi! Please dont include halo-halo on your delivery. Because ice is already melted when we received it. It's like water. Not appetizing at all.

The two soup noddles i order it takes almost 25 minutes before they serve. But still food is great and fantastic.

Visited the place around 10: 30 AM but was glad to know that all menu items were available. Loved their hot & sour soup. The crispy beef was the best I have had in Dubai; I could hear the crunch after each bite. Prices are not cheap but reasonable. Will definitely visit again.

We have a loyalty discount, first the cashier told us the system is down then later they told us there is no more loyalty reward.

Clearly popular with Filipinos this is a fast food casual dining concept with plenty of offers and budget friendly combo and specials on offer. Delivery service is really popular and we could see they were really busy! Thanks to James our waiter for excellent service with a smile; friendly and efficient and helped us choose from the menu. The orange chicken is juicy and yes, orangey with a tangy taste. The fresh lumpia is full of fresh vegetables, wrapped in a kind of pancake and topped with peanuts and a sweet and sour type of sauce. Generous servings and not expensive. Well done guys, see you again soon!

We held my daughter’s bday celebration in Hall 1. Their party package is super value for money - amazing balloon setup, well lit hall which is good for photo and vid, yummy foods with huge selection, smart clown (Hi Apol) and east parking (TY Al Ghurair Centre). Only con is their photobooth printer which is shared by Hall 1 and 2 during party time.

Huge restaurant serving a massive menu. There is alot to choose from. Orient Chinese as its named. It was hit and miss. Some things were good rest were just blah. It lacks flavours. It could have been better. I guess that's how the Filipino cuisines not are meant to me. For me it was average show. One time thing.

They have a minimum 30 aed of you're going to use a card. It's crowded in the peak hours. It is a Filipino brand restaurant so expect a lot of Filipinos here. Mostly they come in groups/families

Attentive staff. Great food. There's a lot to choose from in the menu.gave 4 stars because of the comfort room. It wasn't so clean the last time we visited.

All staff are good servant.then the food is to much i like italso the manager on duty is verry acomodating.

So disgusting that we have swallow a rubber band inside the fresh lumpia when we had dinner tonight in Al Ghurair Branch. Thankfully that we noticed and immediately reported to their Manager. She was apologetic and offered to order other food but we already lost our appetite. Management has to be alarmed with this as this could damage and harm the health of their customers. Cleanliness, health and safety should be on top priority.

Fast service. I would just like to suggest that crew collecting dishes from the table should have have a collecting cart instead of carrying a tray full of dishes on their arms.

Service is very poor.the store can not manage to accommodate many customers. I ordered Lomi but only after 15 mins of waiting, the Manager approached us and asked an apology as they won’t be able to serve Lomi and asked me instead to choose for another menu.so I did because I don’t have any choice at all since I am hungry. Another poor service is when asking for the bill and giving the change.it will take another 10-15 mins of waiting.hayzzzzz. Hope they will look into this matter.

The food is good.but Chowking in alghurair is very bad and very poor service!
They have a lot of staff but they are just standing and it seems they don't want to have a customer, they are not smiling and not friendly either.last 7 months ago me and my brother together with his wife, we decided to eat in Chowking alghurair. So we ordered our food OMG no one wants to take our order! We are 10 customers only that time!

And the bad thing my halo halo special I found a blue small cloth in it! Thats how it became special? When I asked the staff and show him.he told me it's ube! Hahaha so I asked him can you try to eat if it is ube? Hahaha.

My sister in law birthday.
We ordered 3 louriat and they serve only 2 so we waited.then they serve Halo Halo.then I asked.sir where is the other one? Then it took 15 minutes before they came back and the staff who take our order asked did you order 3? OMG he repeat it 3 times!

That will be the last time we enter in that branch! No wonder why they don't have customer!
