Super loud music, charged us almost double from the menu, super arrogant staff who was very rude to us. They were also very slow.

I just had an order of Barbecue Lauriat today, always you are not putting soy sauce in it this is the second time, how can i eat the siomai if theres no soy sauce. Poor service.

We ordered chaofan with bbq with drinks and petite halohalo tonight around 9: 53pm and we got our order so late. I noticed that they’ve lacked with staffs… so many tables that aren’t clean… and siomai isn’t available as well… i guess there was no manager also. No Filipino staff I can say that might can help to organize the store… but still Imran still trying to finish all the orders as much as he can. And there was a guy who helped inside without uniform… i hope the chowking management will do something about this… thanks

The worst fastfood in Satwa. It is self self service. I ordered noodles and fresh lumpia. The food shows that who prepared it was soo lazy. The carrots were cut in big sizes. And was not cooked. Then they mixed the fresh lumpia with the noodles which should not be because the fresh lumpia have a sweet sauce. I think the management check on what the staff are doing.

Had a bad experience with my order, then the staff who's incharge in the cashier (pinoy) his acting like his the owner of the restaurant, the way he shouted with the other staff is not acceptable

Unsatisfied customer my order wanton soup without wanton supervisor knows wanton is not available but he never inform the customer he is cheating in customer if ther 0 star i will rate it.

Chowking was really great one my favorite but the one in satwa branch is really bad I went there early in the morning around 7am. I think the one who prepared is the night chef I felt that they are disappointed when I came in the morning. When I got my food they gave me a chao fan which is damage food like very old food I can’t eat it I feel to throwing up even looking at it. I’m so disappointed I will never ever go there anymore in satwa branch they are worst.

Tables are shaking badly. Staff does not looks happy working here. Our order are mixed up and items are missing.

We order lauriat but the rice uncooked and the barbecue sauce only catsup and not hot the foods when they serve with us

I’m so disappointed for the lumpiang sariwa that i bought tonight, it looks like left over food it’s so unpleasant and there’s no sauce also.

The service is bad and there are insects on the wall and the floor, even not wiping the tables after the customer, I recommend a visit by the responsible authorities such as the municipality and health

Seating is very nice, colourful comfortable and children friendly. Meal are presented in traditional way with so many varieties. I enjoyed the hot soup dishes anytime

The staffs in Al Satwa branch are very impolite, not so friendly nor accommodating especially that lady MIA MAY. I think she is the store supervisor, which makes it worse. I would understand if it is on their busy hour but there weren't that much customers at all. She doesn't smile and is very rude not just to me but to other customers as well. I feel like if you personal problems at home, you should leave it there the moment you go to work. She works in a food industry so she should know good customer service.

Nice Chinese fast food bar with friendly staff and quite variety of dishes to choose from. Portions are quite big, so if you`re hungry, you`ll be satisfied. Convenient if you are staying in the nearby hotel, as it`s just outside the lobby.

Such a great experience eating at Chowking Restaurant. They offer an awesome range of food. There's Staff members are also very friendly specially Hussain he is a energetic guy he served our order by an professional way, I liked his service. Prices are reasonable and the spot is always kept clean. I would like to visit soon in Chowking

We ordered thru online and have the delivery but on surprise, all the parts of chicken are mostly breast and a single wing and 1 thigh. I thought of getting mix parts.

I ordered chao fan in Chowking al satwa around 9: 30 pm 29th September as a takeaway. When I reached home and started eating. I found a piece of paper inside the chao fan! ! Are you serious guys at this time! I’m a Chowking lover but this experience was horrible. You better to have a look on this as it’s a serious matter

I ordered my food online. I placed my order 11: 58 and it arrived 13: 50, then I only received 1 of my order until now I am waiting for the remaining order its already 14: 30. I still don't have response from the restaurant. I called them to check, but the staff said that he doesn't have any idea. Worse response ever! Worse, worse, worse!

Chow king over all is a good place to snug in quick meals. But I always have felt, they could do better with the taste of their food, it is never that sharp edgy taste that makes u crave. It's ok but not wow

A simple halo halo couldnt make it right, not enough milk and serve as if nothing. I ordered 2 halo halo and they only gave me 1 tissue. Pathetic, and no common sense at all.and it seems that the staff doesnt even care about it. Big no and i will never come back on this pretentious fast food. And where is the hygiene training? At this covid 19 mostly of your staff were not wearing their mask properly even your manager incharge. Kitchen are visible too, they are not wearing mask properly (date 13.08.21, Friday) time between 4: 20pm to 4: 35pm. If i could make 0 zero rating, they deserve it

Lauriat is always filling! Store is well equipped with social distancing walls every table. Server was very accomodating.

Horrible service.the rice was under cooked. And the the cashier forgot to punch in 2 of our drinks. When I asked about the drinks I got a very rude answer. Never going there again. Oh yeah and the door of the restaurant was broken.

Worst experience today.order for take away is incomplete (buchi is not included in our take away), the counter is in a hurry to take the order even we are still choosing in the menu book.

I was so disappointed to my order. I ordered but the rice was not cooked properly it was raw. Well, please do the best for the happiness of the costumers as always.

Was a customer here. My plates were removed after eating, but I hangout knowing it’s 24 hrs. Later on, I was told it’s “bawal” to be in the establishment. I realized they close early at 1am but no one told me about it.they have tables in front of the door and I had to remove them myself to get out. Very poor customer service.

Been here at least 4 times - staffs are very good and takes very good care of customers. The food tastes really good, affordable, and value for money.

I'm not such a big fan of chinese food. This was my first visit to chowking restaurant in karama and it was a really nice experience both in terms of taste and quality. The staff was really helpful and the place was pretty packed with people. They serve good variety in chinese, thai cuisine and the taste is really worth a visit.

The worst food ever! Poor quality and very bad customer service. The server came to take the order and he started asking for the payment right after he took the order. Three times he said 45 dhs without even bringing the check.

The name itself Chinese exclusive restaurant but when I accompanied with Chinese guest he didn't have choices of Chinese dishes. Finally we ordered other continental dishes. Overall taste is a bit ok.

In talabat app its showing 3 mins but the talabat driver stop for almost 40 mins.total of 2 hours before the food order delivered from talabat.thank you the food is super fresh

Good food but really bad decision on the siopao sauce container - do you dip it or pour it? Put the sauce in sachets.

We use to dine in here bec it’s really near in our place and we now that the food it’s really good. We are chowking fans food since in Phil. But September 17, yesterday we order mixed Hakka noodles and siopao. The order arrived at the exact time. But the noodles to much oily u cannot even to finish because u will lose ur appetite. Promise.
And today September 18, we decided to buy pearl milk tea for 15aed. We didint expect that the 15aed is for only 12oz cup. And the taste of pearl milk tea same as the NAI CHAI WITH GULAMAN For Really disappointed.
Note: staff also they are not friendly. U have 1 staff before everytime we eat he’s very active to check all the tables. Ask if we need something clearing the table. Mybe he’s in other outlet now.

Last time I have been there it was a very bad experience, misleading advertisements, bad food and not well trained staff. It was really disappointing a lot of customers were complaining. No one even apologized.
