Tables were not clean, chairs were wet, staff was not cooperative. I dont recommend this place

Food is not bad, I got an under-cooked chicken, AC isn't working and it was mentioned by the staff that it hadn't worked for quite a while, it's too hot. The place itself needs some repairs, look at the celling and chairs some are torn, is there no management here in this branch?

Absolutely filthy. The staff didn't bother to clean the tables even after we asked twice. Once they finally cleaned it they wiped the table down with a dirty napkin from the table and left. They tables and chairs were still covered in food bits. We wanted to move to another table but practically every single table had food and was not wiped down. Restaurant hygiene is questionable!

First, the Zomato delivery guy just left the food at the door without informing us. We didn’t request for contactless delivery. It was like more than 15mins already when we found out that the food was already at the door, that’s why the food was already cold.
Second, when I checked, they delivered a wrong order. Instead of 2 Fried Chicken Lauriat, I received 2 Chicken BBQ Lauriat. Furthermore, the condiments like soy sauce and chili paste for the Siomai was missing.
Third, I called directly to Chowking Al Diyafa Branch to inform regarding the issue. I asked the Shift Manager (don’t know the name of the guy) to replace it with the right order and we will return the wrong food delivered to us. He agreed to replace the whole order and they will deliver it.
Minutes later, the Restaurant Manager named Mia Mae called us and said that she already communicated to Chowking Al Ghurair branch to deliver the “Fried Chicken”. Take note, only the “Fried Chicken”! I got upset when i heard that they will deliver just the Fried Chicken instead of whole Lauriat. My point here is, the food that we received was already cold and even we receive the “Fried Chicken”, we will not enjoy eating eat anymore because everything is already cold.
Fourth, The Restaurant Manager who talked to us didn’t even apoligize for what happened and the way she talked to us is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL thinking that she is already in a high position. When I request for the replacement of the complete food because we want fresh and hot, she said, “Okay, I will just pay it on my pocket”. We didn’t expect that response from her. We didn’t tell her to pay for it! For us, being a customer paying for our food, we want to receive exactly what we paid for.
Fifth, I felt upset and unsatisfied with their actions to fix the issues. We didn’t request for an extra food (I told them that I will return the wrong food they delivered since we didn’t touch it), refund or anything. What we wanted is fresh food and accurate order only.
We are regular customers of Chowking, dine-in, take away and delivery. This is actually the first time we got VERY DISAPPOINTED with our order.
We came from work, tired and hungry, then unfortunately experienced this whole mess from Zomato to Chowking.

Bad experience, they dont know how to do a good services, it is my first time to visit but i will never never come back again to that branch, bad service of the staff filipina, the main thing i forget to take her name.

Poor service, went there this morning to have breakfast but the staffs were busy taking selfies in the kitchen then we ordered chicken they said it is not available so we ordered another meal instead and worst was when we were about to pay the cashier told me they don't have change for 100aed! My bill was 42aed and they don't have change for 100aed? Cashier told me that they deposit all the sales everyday, even coins and small notes? Just wasted our time going there

Poor service. I order via online delivery portal ended up waiting for 1hr and they called me saying that they were not able to deliver in my location. This is not the first time I place my order on portal they always deliver my food but late yet I still received it. After recieving a call from the call center agent Named JC saying that the Al diyafa branch wasn’t able to deliver my order since they don’t have any more driver & restaurant are already closed at first if the restaurant are already closed my online order will not be going thru. And then they called me after 45 + mins saying that they were not be. Able to delivery my order. Second the time that they received my order and they knew that they were not be able to proceed with my order they must called me 10 mins max. From the time they received my order online. Third the restaurant manager in Al difaya branch called me saying that the reason why they cannot deliver in my area was its far from diyafa branch. I wasn’t convinced with all the reasons that they had. I knew that they’re laying and covering up the mistakes. They cancelled my order wasting my time talking and listening to them ended up with nothing but starving. Will never ever recommend it to anyone else. Horrible experience with chowing UAE. Still I didn’t get a refund of my transactions payment.

I walked in at the restaurant last night at 11: 21 pm and placed my order, i was told it would take around 15-20mins to processed, so i told the staff i will be waiting in my car outside, so i went around the restaurant's neighboring shops and never bother about my order since i'm expecting that it will be ready to pick up anyway. At 12: 11am, i sent my husband to collect my order but to our disappointment it still wasnt ready, we waited an additional 10 mins before we received our order, complaining through their call center is not effective in my opinion because when i asked where i should complain the matter i was told that they will first callback the branch and find out exactly what had happened, i mean they supposed to hear me out first then deal with their branch next right? When i asked the staff why my order has been late they have the audacity to lie right in my face saying they went out and search for me but couldn't find me i mean if that's the case then why is my order not yet ready when i came to pick it 30 mins+ later after i ordered? Then they said they actually missed some of the ingredients so they have to go out and buy, the heck! In regards to the food, 3 dishes i ordered and im not impressed with the taste -all if them are very salty, watery and unappetizing look Im a frequent customer of their Satwa branch and never had any complaints but this branch in particular i already had twice of the bad experiece. I will never come to this branch anymore and i will never recommend it to others too! Never been Frustrated and Disappointed in a well known and big restaurant like this

They keep ringing this obnoxious bell repeatedly whenever someone's food is ready. I thought that a small child got a hold of a bell at first.
