Chuan Fu Restaurant and Hot Pot

Food, service. in short, it's good, but the space is a bit small, with a hot pot and grill restaurant, it's really not good. If not for that, definitely, in my personal opinion, it would be 5*. but I must admit that it is not easy at all with a larger space.

Our favorite go to for many years. Good hot pot and a great BBQ selection. Many have opened and this place does face stiff competition for the price it charges.

I’ve been to this place so many times. I love the new renovation. The restaurant is very clean and organized. The only thing that I want the restaurant to improve is the cleanliness of the toilet.

There are varieties of food. The Chinese cooked food and sauces to choose. Also, the selection of fresh food for hotpot and BBQ are amazing. You will not be disappointed. The grilled duck is my favorite. It’s not there all the time sometimes you have to ask the staff. There are free drink like water and some fruit punch. Fruit and ice cream are complimentary too. It’s very reasonable for 69 aed.

The staffs are very helpful and attentive. They responded very quickly. There are plenty of parking in front of the restaurant and it’s not far from the metro station (Mashreq Station).

I recommended Chuan restaurants the food is good, the staff is also very helpful and serve with professional service.

Though the range of items was nice and the meat slices were good, the food was overpriced for the poor quality of items and the taste. Fun first experience but would not go back.

Great place, great food and staff. Definitely the place to go if you like hotpot and BBQ. You get to have them both at the same time, all for 1 reasonable price. Parking is also not a problem.

A great experience. Bbq items are so good, but the hot pot soup is almost tasteless. Reasonable price for all included items.

Quality hot pot with lots of parking do try the crabs and be very careful the place is slippery you could be part of the floor.

I obviously don't know how to eat hot pot the right way, but I was certainly not hungry when I left.

Best place for hot pot in my opinion. The food is great. The only thing needed is some maintenance for the premises.

Restaurant wall is so dirty
It’s one of the most affordable restaurant but staff is caring - it’s star for them.
Business runner really should check the premises and it’s cleanses.

Woww.this branch is squeezy.it has it all. Superb meat variations for barbecue, variety of sea food for Shabu Shabu and alot of diff vegetables too.and the cakes wow.and the cooking tools are state of the art.i like that we have our own pot for shabu shabu making.lil walkaton from Masreq Metro.but its all worth it.u shud have not had a food long time if ull be here.bec u csnt miss their super sushis too.super thumbs

This hotpot restaurant is usually busy. Location is perf after you had your shopping in BFL or Sun and Sands or maybe just chilling in Novotel hotel.

The staff were friendly and lively. Only thing is the furnitures are too large.makes the place look so small. I believe tidiness and organization wise can be improved.

Good mix of BBQ and hotpot. Buffet system for hotpot and bbq selection was a little different but overall good.

Great value for money, its peanuts! Customer service is nice, great accommodating staff, book yourself a table at least an hour b4 arriving, u dont wanna be waiting for 3o mins just to have a vacant slot whilst smelling the bbq n hotpot cookin: D

I have special memories with this place. I came here many times with the love of my life. We celebrated her birthday just a few days after I met her for the first time. Whenever we come here she cooks the food and feed me. She also really knows how to make a good sauce with the material available. It's a nice buffet restaurant. Affordable. Offers fresh ingredients. It needs improvements for toilets. Like cleaning more frequently and putting a hand drier or tissue dispenser there. Otherwise it's a nice place. It's nostalgic for me so maybe my views are biased but I've tried to be fair and highlight what I feel is missing or needs improvement.

All in for 59, grill, hotpot, drinks, sodas, deserts.what more can you ask for? Cheapest hotpot with everything in the market. Good food but just the exhaust are bad. After you dinein and went out of the restaurant, the smell of the grill will be on your clothes and hair. But still 5 star for cheap and good food.

They considered my 8 years daughter as an adult and I had to pay for her full ticket, now it has no advantage vs.other hot pot restaurants as I paid what I usually pay at other hot pot restaurants. Not happy with this.

Wonderful place, amazing prices, it was my first time to try an open buffet for hot pot restaurants.
Family enjoyed it as well, tables has BBQ as well so you can enjoy hot pot and BBQ.
Unlimited soda drinks machine and ice cream as well, it was a great experience for me and my kids

Located in Barsha near Sun, Sands and Sports, this hot pot and barbecue restaurant offers a wide variety of fresh vegetables, noodles, mushrooms, marinated meat, seafood and sliced meat, free flowing drink from fountain, ice cream, sweets and fruits. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. We went with a toddler and baby and the staff were caring and welcoming. Price is fixed per head and all-you-can-eat from the items at the counter. Food wastage is not allowed and you are given ample time of two hours on the table. Overall a good option for indoor barbecue and Mongolian hotpot.
