Slow processes, with much bureaucracy. More than 4 month in issuing an NOC to make a glass partition. Terrible experience with this building management

A good place to have an office next to the bay with a burj khalifa view in the heart of dubai

Worst building in Dubai to get a Parking. Plan your visit with an additional 20-30 minutes for a parking que/waiting time.
Less than 50 cars parking outside the building, which is always full, people are fighting for every spot all day, the security guys would come to you running and ask for your complete details and order you to leave within 1 hour.
Paid parking space is always full as well, private parking contractors are handling it cluelessly.
I tried leaving the tower at around 5: 45pm and actually left the building around 6: 30pm, because both residential and commercial towers got only one exit for cars and everyone seems to be leaving at the exact same time.
I use to go there for few meetings in last 2 months and I promised myself to never visit these towers again.

Management should take appropriate action.

Business offices tower. Office spaces rather small. Great views though. Location very close to the business district

Really bad management of the building through Transguard with constant construction for the last 3 years and AC problems. Glad to move out finally and wouldn’t recommend living here.

A very tall iconic building, mainly commercial, located in business bay just near Millennium Atria. If you are using the metro. Stop at business bay metro Station and take a 19A or 14 bus and stop at XL tower bus station and walk for few minutes to the building.

Have parking for visitors but not sufficient considering its many units of residence and offices.
Excellent view from apartments and offices.
2 different elevators for different floor heights.

One of the best options in business bay.
Location: by the canal and only a bridge to Down town and metro.
Quality: very good finishing and strong walls.
Privacy: in your balcony no neighbors can see you
Value: a bargain for the rent and buying price in busineee bay.
Cleanliness: very clean building
Gym and awsome infinity pool with burj Khalifa view and kids playing zone and garden
Tennis and basketball court
Visitor parking for 3 hours
They recently renewed and maintained the parking and the gym and pool area
On top of this breathtaking canal view

I am just trying to find information about the properties sold in this tower, since I can't find any records in Data Finder. Just shows 3 MOU but no Secondary transaction. The building has very spacious apartments with good finishes, excellent view of the canal and the burj khalifa, it is pet friendly, the pool and the gym are good

High speed lift, enough parking space.
However you may find difficulty to find the entry point.

The best commercial building in Dubai. The location and views are amazing. High security and the overall feel is great.

Apart from there not being parking AT ALL! You as the guest must park outside for some unknown reason or you can park inside but then you have to pay. And then you get the flippen rude security.

Amzing view the curved dubai canal with towers of building in the background makes it stunning to look at, Tallest Burj Khalifa looks visible Tallest than all towers, prime location, limited but free parking facility inside.

It's in a cool and Serene environment cluster towers where I was opportuned to receive my certificate of completion for international diploma in safety engineering with TMC Training institute

Its the best tower in Business bay. Churchill towers are two towers (one residential and the other offices) located at the southern part of business bay. No traffic issue.great amenities and views. The location is great as it is easy to get around Business Bay. The size of the apartment is large. Best place for offices Conveniently located and good unobstructed views of the city from higher floors. The gym and the pool are above average standards. Nice location in the heart of Dubai's high-rises and within the vicinity of the Burj Khalifa.
