A very nice place. The staffs are just so friendly and well trained on how to handle pets. My dog Jessica had a great time with them for over 2 months. They kept updating me with videos of my dog on daily bases. Highly recommend.

This is the second time that my cat Ziggy has stayed at the Churchwoods Pet Hotel. And I will always choose Churchwoods because my cat is well taken care of, in excellent boarding conditions. I'm happy because I don't have to worry if he's okay.

My dog absolutely loves this place. Everytime she goes, she comes back very happy. The staff is amazing and very friendly.

Amazing experience sending my kitten here whilst away. They took care of her well, allowed plenty of solo play time, sent daily video updates of her and even restocked her food. Would recommend and will continue to use their service!

Brought my 2 dogs over summer period for a month's stay. Very caring staff who are obviously pet lovers Very clean kennels, and daily updates. Am booked in for Christmas already and feel very comfortable now that I have found a safe and secure facility for my pups.

Napoli had an amazing time, the day care provided video footage of their plays, the staff are really friendly, and Fiona is great with dealing with customers and takes personal care of each pet as their own. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I left Mr. Pete (my cat) at Churchwoods pet Hotel recently when I went in a short trip. And yes it truly is a Hotel, such spacious place for the pets to play around. Even the cages are quite big compared to other catteries. Fiona and her cat handlers take very good care of the pets. I would revieve Mr. Pete's videos often. He used to be let out to play and explore the area. The food is also included in the package. Its very clean and away from the dogs so the cats are never disturbed. I'm surely leaving him at Churchwoods again when I plan my next trip.

From my initial call to enquire and book with Fiona I was very impressed! I was offered a tour - very happy with leaving our doggo there for boarding/daycare. Churchwoods is spacious, clean, well laid out, and all the staff are really great with the dogs. We got video and photo updates while he was there boarding. I think our pup wanted to stay longer!

Class A services. They took very good care of both of my dogs while I was out of country. I’d surely recommend and will definitely be back whenever I’m traveling.

This is the first time ever I don't travel with my 14 years old chihuaha Ricky. So he was as anxious as me when I left him at churchwoods' for the holidays break.

Very bad customer service, arrogance in their communication is incredible! Basically it's: you have no other option but to take it.if I dnt leave them with them, any other pet hotel is very bad and I should not put my pet in the other pet hotel.i tell you arrogance

Churchwoods is at the top of kennel boarding scene in Dubai. Fiona and her team have made this friendly place a second home and exciting place for our Jerry (dashchubd). Been a customer last 2yrs, they always remember my cat by name, safe and hygienic, excellent hospitality, they once arranged home pickup in short notice, I dont feel like I should look for another place. I plan my vacation I am not worried cos I know Churchwood would take care of my cat!

Churchwoods- for me has been a life saver and the most reliable pet hotel I have used in Dubai. I am a pet parent of 5 dogs and there is no any other place I would keep my pets at.
So, if you ever want to drop off your pets and not have to stress over their well- being (zero worry- literally!), this IS the place for you! And HERE'S WHY:
a) Transparent communication and efforts by the daycare/hotel management: I am always notified on the status and behavior of my pets (via constant videos and pictures) whether i'm in town or abroad. Also, there are always sufficient staff at the play area ensuring the pets are safe and are corrected in case they misbehave (which is great!)
b) Pet health and comfort: the feature I love the most about Churchwoods is their pet room or space for the pets to live in.it is very spacious with a nice petbed (pretty looking like a kid's room) and the pets are allowed to freely play around and relax outside, in the dedicated play area for longer hours- which is great! Cause they are not restricted to a small cage/space or crate most of the time in a day.c) Food and grooming: The hotel promotes an interesting range of pet food (organic/grain free) etc.which is of great quality at very reasonable prices.this is an amazing solution to times, where I am unable to provide with their food or if the food I have provided has run out.and i'm glad that my pets adjust to the new brand (despite being picky eaters). They also offer grooming services with good quality products at a reasonable price and I have noticed that my pets are smelling great even after a week of being groomed (which is very surprising) but great especially during summers
d) Pet mood: My dogs are always super happy to go to churchwoods and I have noticed that they enjoy their stay at the daycare/hotel and whenever I have dropped them off, they are eager to run into the hotel and are happy to forget about me:)
LASTLY, They also arrange for pick- up and drop off for your pets which is plus!

I had an emergency were i had 24hrs to find a pet hotel for both my dogs. I came across churchwoods pet hotel, i visited the hotel before i keep my dogs with them. I was really amazed and happy to see around specially the playing / day care area. The rooms are super cute and clean. And im happy that there are always staffs looking after dogs while they are in the playing area making sure everything is ok with dogs playing with each other and etc.staffs are very friendly, understanding and responsible. After visiting them i decided to keep my dogs with them as the staff who showed me around and provided me with details really made me feel comfortable and happy to keep my dogs while i will be busy with my work. The owner Mrs.fionna is such an amazing person and cares alot for all the dogs. They send me updates on a daily basis. As someone whos really concerned and worried about where i keep my dogs and how they get treated, i highly recommend churchwood pet hotel for both daycare and boarding. They are amazing from all point of view and take really good care of your pets ️.

Anyone considering having a pet sitter/ walker in their home? I can highly recommend Churchwoods Pet Hotel. After all the uncertainty about sitters & walkers being legal or not I was very impressed when I booked their pet sitting services and without any prompting was sent a copy of the pet sitter’s visa stating that she was actually employed by Churchwoods and also a Police Clearance Report (I had no idea you could even get such a thing!) My mind was totally at ease for the 2 nights I booked for my pup so if you aren’t sure or have any reservations regarding whether your sitter is legal or moonlighting ask the company for a visa copy and Police Report. I thought it was a fantastic gesture and will definitely be using their services again

Kept my puppies (nugget bounty thunder and reign) in boarding for around 5 days. I kept getting updates on what they are doing. Staff was friendly and understanding (since it was a last minute decision) they asked for all documents which showed how professional they are and serious about our fluffy kids health. They came back perfectly fine and most importantly very clean!
I’m staring to take them there for day care since is so hot for them to play outside!

Churchwood, Fiona and her gang are the people and place for your fur-babies. First was Fiona was so amazing and was so very helpful in helping me find a good vet and I find it so nice. It was something I truly appreciate thats why I knew immediately I am on the right person and place for my dog. The second is her team which was incredible. They took care of my pet and managed to groomed him. Loved this place and for sure you will love it too.

With me being pregnant and having a new puppy, I couldn’t potty train her, so decided to send her over to Churchwoods and I’m happy I did! They send you daily pictures and videos and updates and our puppy was active and happy there during her stay

Our two elderly kitties have now experienced two holiday stays with Fiona and her team at Churchwoods, they both have returned home to us happy and healthy. It is so wonderful to know they are so well cared for and we do not have to worry about them when we are travelling. Many thanks Fiona! Used Churchwoods over the Christmas and New Year to look after our three month old kitten. The staff were very friendly and took excellent care of him with regular video and photo updates so we could see how he was getting on. The facilities for dogs and cats are superb and I highly recommend them. We will definitely use Churchwoods next time we’re away.

The place is really clean and well designed. The location is easy to reach.when you go in the facility on the ground floor there is the secure dogs area and up stairs the cats area as in the photos. I'd like to thank fiona for accapting may cat on a very short notice.it really helped me allot, however i don't recommend doing that.the prices are alittle expensive but then again the service is worth it.

I really hate a momenet when I need a Hotel for my dogs.
My working GSD Coffee is a rookie in Dubai and I needed a Hotel for her for three weeks. I found nice reviews about Churchwood Pet Hotel and took a chance.
I got all infos and opened doors for all of my proffessional questions about daily life in Hotel, About vaccination and health rules for 4legged custumers (I love it!) and feeding questioner.
Stuff is proffessional with lots of experience (my dog is not an easy one).
Thank you Fiona and all the hard workers who are dealing with our pets when we can’t.

Our Milo (naughty little beagle boy) stayed with Fiona and gang over Xmas and had the best time, so much that when we got him back he seemed a little disappointed. The team did a great job and we loved all the videos we received whilst on holiday. We will definitely take him back for play dates and long stays in the future. Thanks Churchwoods for taking such great care of him and it was great to know while we were away he was happy!

Our pets are our family, and we want only the best for them. I was leaving for about 25 days to visit back home, but could not take my little Theodore poodle with me. I did some research and also asked around to what was the best pet hotel in Dubai. There were a few choices out there but, after careful consideration, I selected Churchwoods. Its owed and run by a incredible women named Fiona who understands and loves dogs as she has her own. The staff there are pet lovers and are very attentive and keep your family member busy playing and socializing. They are simply incredible. It very clean and well maintained, I suggest if your looking to send your dog for 1 day or 25 days, stop by and take a look for yourself. I highly suggest Churchwoods pet hotel to anyone.

Update as of Nov. 9: My 2 doxies continue to attend daycare at this facility once a week now with pick up and drop off. I've been blessed by the amazing staff and their love towards my babies. Their willingness to go above and beyond shows the compassion they have towards the animals and their human clients. My highly energetic doxie comes home exhausted from a great day of playing. The bonus is often he's napping much of the next day too. I can never seem to wear him out on my own no matter how many walks we take or length of walks.

Original post: My two doxies have been working on their training and social skills since April (through other facilities). Just this last month, I've started taking them to Churchwoods for doggie daycare with the main goal to improve their doggie social skills. The second reason has been to help beat the summer heat. Churchwoods has really impressed me! The owner, Fiona, is sweet and quick to respond with messages. The employees are loved by my dogs (and they're picky about the humans they like). With reasonable prices as well, I've been extremely pleased! Check it out for yourself! Give it a try!

1) we kept our little dogs with them for a couple of days, and they had ticks. It was alive so it was caught from one of the dogs which was boarded there.
2) the owner complained a about the list that i gave them for how to take care of my dogs. It contains the contact number of the vet, the rations of food and other instructions that matter to me.
3) whenever i pick my dogs from Churchwood, it seems that they have diarrhea for some reasons.
4) when i pick my dogs from there, it seems that they have a full bladder, as they pee a lot once they are out of there.

The only place I trust with my dog! Been going for years and by far the best place out of all the ones I've tried, and I've tried many!

Fiona did a great job organizing pick up and drop off of our little guy for a last minute trip we booked over Eid. She frequently sent videos and pictures letting us know he was happy and playing and he came home tired from all the play and happy! Thanks Fiona!

Left our girls with Churchwood for 12 days and were very pleased with their service. Fiona and her staff take special measures to keep the location clean and give each four legged guest personal attention and care. We received a daily update of the girls which allowed us to enjoy our vacation.

I did boarding to my four cats for 10 days, place is extremly beautiful so calm and healthy, staff are so friendly and my cats were never stressed, they came back active and healthy, i highly recommend it even the dog kennel is so spacious clean and staff are always there for pets to take care of them play with them and watch for every single detail to make sure pet is happy and taken care of.
