The team is professional and handle the customers well.
Food as always is super delicious

I did not like the food. It was very expensive, servings were very small and the customer service was poor.

Chutni roll is too much bad services on dining and delivery also slow and some time hairs and cockroch put inside the foods so please other customers be carefull to chutni roll restaurant and i say dont order to chutni roll

Mutton shinwari Karahi is best and staff are also good best Pakistani chain in the pavilion

Atmosphere was good. Delivery was bit late but very expensive. They showed a combo deal of 60 but at the end they provided a bill of 97. Very strange

I used to order from zomato since they open but last week i visited this place and i felt awesome no doubt the food is super tasty but there presentation i give all star, the only problem is parking in that area, but the food and service i m happy,

I ordered gol guppay, dahi bhallay and anda bun kebab. The presentation is amazing. Gol guppay is served with chutney shot glasses. However, the gol guppay was small and oily. Slightly bigger size is better so you can put the filling properly. Bun kebab was excellent. Absolutely loved it. Dahi bhallay was big fail. Very bland. No taste whatsoever. I added sauces and chutneys but nothing interesting. Im sure some other dishes from the menu will be worth trying.

Its the best Pakistani Restaurant for snacks especially BBQ, Roll Prathas and Zinger Burger.
Adil, Shakeel and Awais are amazing and very professional. Never disappointed from food and their service.

The worst customer service ever, they will make you wait disrespectfully. The only washroom was super dirty and the whole place smells foul. -2 stars if I could, we had to leave the place after waiting for our order without eating

They have the best Pakistani rolls. People like me normally crave authentic Pakistani rolls and this place serves to that craving. Wish they open up a branch in abu dhabi too.

I ordered chicken chutney and malai boti paratha roll but got disappointed to see that it was actually Puri paratha… i was expecting actual paratha… taste was good and price is also affordable… but it could be better than this

There was a day whn the taste was amazing. I wonder how pathetic food they are serving nowadays. Kindly stick to old recipe.

Except sindhi briyani i almost liked everything from bbq briyani to all rolls
They started now continental but it’s quantity is too little for two people
Prices r ok as per food quality
Anyhow it’s one of good choices in international city

Amazing desi food, specially serving biryani and the way given option for raita and chutneys are so satisfying, as you can squeeze from the bottle as much as you want. Tried fish biryani today it was so delicious and the portion extremely well served.

Worst experience with this restaurent. Ordered fried rice, and delivered spoiled item with smell and stickiness. They dont replace the item.

Worst experience! They cancel the order without informing the customer. The person who takes order doesn’t have the time to give a reason as to why it was cancelled! Waste of time!

Ordered a mutton Biryani from noon. The Presentation was superfine. Unfortunately we can't call the dish as Biryani, its just white rice cooked topped on some spicy masala.
Infact the cooked rice water was draining.
The rice was raw.

Guys poor customer service if you go and order by car OMg they will test your patience. Never ever give you on time 40 minutes this is 4th time. Never sujjest

I ordered Chicken Green Tikka but I received chicken tikka quarter piece and a small piece of red color chicken boti, that too cooked earlier and it seems to be a leftover as it was very dry & hard.

When I enquired about it, the person is telling that's the green tikka as if I have never eaten a green tikka in my life. Also he accepts himself that another piece is a boti.

So, they are just keeping the remainings and leftovers of all items making us a fool.

To save your valuable money, please don't order here.

Need to improve Rice Quality in combo 1 biryani
no taste no good smell no quality must use
(Basmati Rice) ur rice looks like (tota rice)

Breakfast halwa puri is very good,
Malai roll is average
Chutney chicken roll is very good
Chicken peshawari is very bad in taste.

I heard a lot about BBQ of Pakistan. I asked one of the taxi driver in Dubai where I can get the best Pakistani BBQ he suggest me Chutney restaurant and dropped me there. It eas really wonderful specially their chicken tikka and their special roll.

If you ever crave for the best tasty baryani and rolls, then chutney and roll is the best option in the town. Great family environment. Love the food

The food was ok not bad at all!

But the staff especially Mr. Hamza at the counter was extremely rude. He needs to be polite to customers. The way he is treating customers is too harsh. And if he continues, InshAllah its not that far that the restaurant will loose all customers

Tried there Chicken cheese roll and aloo samosa. Chicken cheese roll was ok. Aloo samosa was not upto the mark

Raw fish and super spicy chicken, the restaurant doesn’t deserve to be in the business. Don’t waste your time and money at this place

Did Iftar there. Iftari was good but drink had black seeds which we didn't like also biryanis where a bit dry.rest of food was good.

Today I ordered four Shami kebabs. I received this in delivery which weren't even 4. I told to cook well. They excused by saying that we cook well thats why it happened. Seems like leftover was sent.

Ordered lahori partha rolls, just average. Normal paratha which was not cooked evenly, chicken n flavours just average. Very very expensive compared to taste

Tried Behari kabab and tikka biryani. Both the item were good. Chatney is ababundantly available. However, Behari kabab was a bit too spicy and the puri along with it was too oily and thick. Overall it was a good experience.

Its almost 4 months that I am ordering food from chutney roll but today feel soo disappointed as I forgot my wallet and requested on counter that I will pay you tomorrow but he behaved in an immature, unprofessional manner by saying its impossible. I went back despite of being late from my office and payed him 6 DHS. Running your restaurant, you must have some sensible person which can approach the customer in a matured mannered.

Cashier is so rude with customers even on the calls, which i observe while eating so i was very carefull while payment. I am dropping this message because i like the whole system. Need to focus on this point only.

If you are craving for some super spicy food, you may order Beef Bihari Biryani.

Other items like lahori roll is very nice.

BBQ Chicken biryani is nice but slightly high in hot spice mixture (Garam Masala)

Today I ordered chicken kadai and its worst I ever had in my life and for this I have paid 20AED for half plate, very disappointed and my bad luck is now its end of suhur so I didn't returned back the order.: - (

The roll was not good at all, feeling pain in my stomach after eating, the service was also bad

In the Resturant industry, good customer service, means Being Frindly, Available attentive and quick to take care of customers Needs

Just love the food here, the rolls are yum and economical as well, recently ordered this platter and it was just too good. The quantity was really good and it came along with green mint sauce, 2 parathas and salad. Keeping the price and quality in mind the place is really good. It's good for takeaway and orders though sometimes they take alot of time in delivering but worth the wait!

Before renovating it was great. Used to travel from Sharjah to have rolls only but after renovation they lost it

Absolutely an amazing place, must visit, try Grill & special Chicken Karahi, worth every penny

Disclaimer- not healthy choice of food by default but you can make it healthier by few tweaks before ordering. (But with compromise in taste)

For families best place to have food in international city, menu is so good beryani and bbq amazing.

Few days back I ordered BBQ chicken biryani along with Lahori Chicken roll and BBQ Burger with fries. Actually they have a couple of combo options which are quite economical and portion wise pretty decent.
1: BBQ Chicken biryani was quite authentic and tasted like student biryani in Lahore. I didnt find that kinda taste anywhere else in Dubai so I liked it alot.
2: BBQ Burger was decent in size but tasted really well. They bbq pieces inside the burger were big.
3: Lahori chicken roll was the thing which I didnt like that much coz the paratha was quite hard to bite which turned me off eventually.
4: Green chatni was fantastic not like other places where they put a lot of water to make more quantity. It was quite thick and good in taste.

All in all a good food experience!

The restaurant was clean and spacious service was very good. I am a frequent visitor of rolla chutney restaurant, comparatively the kebab rolls that i tried in Dubai had sweetish bland taste. Even the chutneys served did not have the same flavour as in rolla.
Kindly segregate the washroom

Eating most of the time from here.great taste.now that they have renovated their restaurant so it feels good to sit and have food in a nice n clean environment. The bad part is have very poor delivery, takes a lot if time

The place is old and now they also extended their sitting area. Their rolls are good to try and i also like their sindhi biryani, and bbq club sandwich.

We went there around 10pm. Very good place for pocket savers. Atmosphere is good. You will find a strange list of items. It's more of a cafeteria than a restaurant. Taste wise I would give 8/10.
