Very bad experience. I took some cakes and one coffee. We were just collecting our order and we sit on the table, one client destroyed our table so obviously all our order we didn’t have the time to taste the cake and the coffee all the coffee fall on the cake. The manager didn’t accept to give us back a new order she said when we gave it to you it was all good so it’s not our fault ! This is the way this woman treats the client so I decide to never give one penny to Cinnabon anymore because of this woman !
You must make another counter or arrangement for delivery guys. The way they all ponder on your whole area and counter is not only unhygienic but also keeps other customers away to order.
Outstanding customer service and experience by the Staff name JAY. He was really polite helpful and was with a smile from the start to the end he went out of his way to find me a place to sit and so that I could enjoy my little cinnabons which was nice and hot. I would recommend all of you to ask for JAY at the CINNABONS THE DUBAI MALL. You will enjoy the experience and customer service provided to you by the staff.thabk you cinnabon for having a wonderful staff Jay who works at this place.
Generally a big fan of Cinnabon and have been visiting branches all across the world for years. I was disappointed when this branch picked out a Cinnabon original for my combo with hardly any frosting on it. I asked about more frosting and they proceed to charge me 4AED which I don’t mind, but then the next customer comes along and gets a Bon with more frosting than mine had and asked for more frosting and was given some on top of the bun at no extra cost. I asked if I could be given some extra frosting on top of the bun which is pretty standard at other branches across dubai and the world and they just ignored my request and spoke in a different language looking the other way. 4AED is nothing in the grand scheme of things but treating two different customers entirely different in plain sight of one another does and is quite disappointing. Definitely lost a fan of this branch.: -/
The customer service at Counter is really bad. The new lady’s at the front cinabon are super rude and impolite. The must be have training in customer service or another option.
I am waiting in the counter for awhile to order and the shift Incharge (Filipino guy) didn’t entertain me. He entertained the other customer right after me. As I am dubai mall staff but for us all customers is same.
Ordered online through Zomato from this specific Cinnabon and they accepted my order. 20 minutes later, receive a call from them saying they won't deliver my order due to them offering a discount and Zomato offering a discount in top. Very unprofessional to reject an order based on not updating their own menu in the platform. Never had a problem like this with any other restaurant/cafe online.
