Very pleased with the speed of service. Was kept updated frequently on the progress of the repairs. Took my Porsche Cayenne in with a blown ECM and got her back in great running condition with a few other items inspected also repaired. Costs were reasonable and I’m happy. Will highly recommend and use CIT again.

We have been using CIT for a while to service our car. The reason why I did not give them five stars was due to their lack of friendliness and customer service skills. They provide quality workmanship, and at a reasonable rate, but their front office staff could be a bit more welcoming.

The service at CIT is efficient and affordable. The customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend it.

Avoid at all costs. Dropped off my Jeep Cherokee in a decent condition, driving perfectly, and then get a call at 8pm that the reverse gear stopped working, and that the gear box is broken. The mechanic then tells me that this is serious and that I should get in touch with the garage who replaced the gear about 10 months earlier, as they, you know, supposed to last you for 150k. Funny enough, it was the same garage that put it in (I know the previous owner of the car). Contronted the owner about it, he tells me that even "legit" suppliers they buy parts from often deliver faulty parts. That's a horrible way to run a business in any part of the world. Choose your suppliers properly. The whole experience came off like a scam. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Very professional and genuine, took my convertible CLK there to fix the soft top, they immediately identified the issue and managed to fix it in a very honest way unlike the others. Highly recommended

I should not have given any star, 6 months ago I repaired Pajero here and charged 3800 AED today I have to take the car to other garage to fix the same faults which were said been repaired. Pls don't take your Pajero here unless you want to be robbed. Pls take care.

I have uploaded the bill for your kind eyes. You should have verified your records and investigated with your mechanic before replying or defending. Check the bill now to prove me right and you are such a wrong

I repaired the car at the new garage and I can immediately see the difference, I do not want to share the name of garage who confirmed to me that the parts you used has contributed more damage, that is reason I got angry, because you claimed you are using genuine parts

I am not here to damage your business but caution you and the people who come to your garage with trust.

Gave them 2 because they are nice people but unfortunately incompetent.

What should have been a routine maintenance job in one visit turned out to be 5 visits with a dysfunctional car and I ended up paying 1800 AED in another garage to fix what they broke in my axle boots.
They didn’t even know that they broke something and we’re going to make me pay for to change the ABS sensors.
Won’t ever go there again

Dont be disappointed when you see the workshop the first time. Trust me you've got your impression wrong. This is one of the decent and trusted workshops in the area. Their mechanics really know their job and this workshop charges reasonable and with the right price. I would definitely come again and recommend friends and colleagues.
