another exchange a lot of documents.whenever i visited city exchange they deal very nicely.

I visited this morning there in city exchange branch near naif park, the lady in the counter was so late on doing her work and I was treated so rudely by the security, He ask me to wait for nothing, even when there was no one before me.had a really bad experience in exchange first time in Dubai in 7 years.

I am very disappointed with the way things are handled.for a simple transaction they need soo many details. I understand the procedures are in place and policy needs to be followed.and they want someone to drop the documents at their branch physically.this is the option provided.very very disappointed.will not recommend at all.try other exchange houses they are far better
