The bad customer service, the worst manger in the whole world, the manger said to me he doesn’t care about the business, there service is very bad don’t deal with them

أسوأ شركة تنظيف على الإطلاق. الخادمات من أسوأ ما يمكن بلا خبره نهائيا. بعضهم يفتقد الي الأدب والكياسه تماما. يتعاملون بمنتهي العنف مع الأشياء. حتي طريقة الرد تفتقد الي الأدب و الذوق و يرفضون اطاعة الأوامر. لن أكرر هذه التجربة اطلاااااقا. علاوة على ارتفاع سعرهم عن باقي الشركات. جربناهم أكثر من ٧ مرات على أمل التوفيق في خادمة جيده بلا فائدة للأسف

Reliable and conveniently available. Only issue is sometimes they have trainee staff who are still on the learning process.

Not serious cleaners.rate is good.but cleaners have no idea about house cleaning essentials.and they don't follow your instructions! They waste time on not needed things and ignore the important places in home to be cleaned.kitchen cleaning is badddd house left smell like egg

City Maids has one of the best rates per hour for cleaning services.
Cleaning though, depends mostly on how lucky you get to get someone serious at work.
I had both experiences, where some times there were really dedicated people, and some other times, it felt like no cleaning was done at all.

They clean very well, but their disadvantage of morning timings limited to four hours is really annoying, if your house is 4rooms and 4bathrooms then one of the rooms will end up unclean, so you have to compensate 1 room everytime they have the service.

I hv bn using their services since few years. I was always impressed how their staffs r well directed n does excellent deep cleaning of entire apartment in that 4 hrs time frame.

However of late I feel the quality of staffs has declined n I feel it's more due to lack of training.

From all the cleaning companies I have tried, this is the best, The are efficient, very polite. Thank u!
