By far the worst shipping company I have used. I wish I didn't use them. They mislead me completely. Lied all through, didn't know the procedure at the receiving end but still went ahead with it. At the end I ended up paying a huge customs duty because of their lack of knowledge. I literally regret using them.

Basically contacted this company to arrange for my items to be shipped to Dubai from abroad. Initially they said even though logistically it would be an issue they could handle it. But that wasn’t the case every time an issue came up I had to highlight it (bring it to their attention) then the rep would make an excuse for not knowing all the steps involved. This happened on at least three different occasions in the process of just arranging the shipment. Finally they hit another roadblock and I clearly said ok no issues let’s move forward but let me know if you can handle it without anymore surprises or hiccups.
Unfortunately they didn’t have the decency or professionalism to say a simple no. Remind you this was after at least 2 weeks of saying they could handle the shipment. If you are looking for a professional company that’s knows the logistics business then keep looking because they clearly are just an agent not well educated or informed. In the end they will only make excuses for not knowing and finally just disappear.
