I'm a regular customer and i always order the same thing on daily basis dinner meal with mountain dew or sprite. On multiple occasions they've messed my order and no compensation at all just sorry and go on with their day. Yesterday I had to throw half food because the gave breast pieces only. Management should check on this. The food itself is fantastic if they get the order right. After expressing my frustration I was asked, "Now you want or?" Shame!

Yesterday, I had porotta and chicken varutharacha curry. Porottas were really good but chicken varutharacha was just ok. Today, I ordered fish mango curry. Fish is not fresh and it seems that ripe mangoes are put in the curry before serving. It is also too watery in texture. Fish curry is a total waste of money.

Based on my experience, I do not recommend this place and advise others not to order from here. The poor service and lack of accountability regarding my orders have left me with a negative impression of the restaurant. I believe it's important to share my experience with others to help them make informed decisions about where they choose to spend their money.the guy on the phone is so ignorant.

Good average food inside al quoz.
Ordered tea to al serkal. Delivered in flask hot fresh milk tea.

Later went for lunch and experience was good

Not a hygienic place. Washrooms are broken, tables and chairs are not cleaned. Food also average.

They have very poor delivery cervice i ordered food now its more than 1 hour and 30 minutes i didn't receive my order again i call them just they say one thing its on the way.he is coming he is near you in 2 min will be there i think driver coming from abudhabi never dont order from this restaurant you will lose your time guys

One of the worst restaurant whenever order take 2hours to deliver and with wrong order. Owner kept uneducated person to receive call. NO MOROL VALUE.

Superb food and ambience also cheap rate. Presentation is outstanding and excellent service! Good job!

I have tried all their biriyanis and they are taste good. The good thing, the taste is consistent! Customer service should be worked on!
