CKGS Italy Visa Application Center

It seems they have shut down. Their Website mentions they have closed effective from 18.09.2020

They have become too strict, if you arrive late for your appointment they make you pay premium fees and applications fees. They don't have the option for walk in no longer even if there is no one waiting.

It was soo Amazing and Fantastic. The entire stuffs are very welcoming and they took time to explain everything to me appropriately. I will soon apply for my visa through the CKGS Office in Dubai.

It is good and professional, carry all document as mention in document check list.if you miss any document they will email and call you, then you can submit within 10 days.no need to pay again for submitting document.entrance is exactly next to zoom supermarket on sheikh zayed road i put picture as below

CKGS was very bad service experience, of course, because of its non professional and untrained staff. Top of it, no customer care at all.

Compared to vfs, very basic however over pricy for services

Don’t bother taking a premium appointment if you’re expecting timely service. Our turn came after a one hour wait. The manager didn’t even have the courtesy to come and speak to us when we asked for him. Loads of people waiting. The worst Schengen visa experience. Why doesn’t Italy work with VFS? They offer much better premium service.

The worst customer service ever! I never had a problem in applying for Schengen visa, but in CKGS, they ask me to submit additional documents personally and then they called 2 days back to say they lost the document and they want me to send soft copy by email. I will never apply through CKGS ever again!

very easy to hang up the phone while you talking and when i asked to talk to supervisor and ask him is this normal, he said yes we trained our agents to do that! How may i help you! What is the *****?

The staff who took my paper is helpful. But others, no. Paid for text service got no texts, no calls, no emails when the passport is ready to be picked up. It say 15 working days but took more than one month.

NO more applying from there for my Shenzhen visa, fist 2 time went fine, however got visa for 3 month and then 1 month and on 3rd time refusal. That's very sad.

Worst customer care ever. The lady that picks up the phone doesn’t even talk English and she can’t solve any issue without repeating her several times what the problem is.
After submitting the documents for the visa and spent one hour in the office, the next day they told us about missing documents, delaying the request process for my fiancée.
I hope the visa will get now on time.
As Italian, I’m very ashamed that the consulate of my country is working with this service provider.

Very easy to find:
If you drive - than search “Sofitel Dubai Downtown” hotel.
(Don’t search company because it will take you sometimes from the back of the bldg)
After taking service road and If hotel is expecting to be on your right side towards front, than pass roundabout and start looking for a parking on your right side. Park and pay and walk to hotel, pass the Sofitel hotel “signboard” and walk towards “Whisper restaurant cafe”. The door to a business Admin bldg will be just before that cafe. Basically it’s all one bldg, where hotel on the right side if you look to hotel from front side and the Business Admin bldg on left side. So, basically it is opposite Mazayya. Attention don’t go behind the bldg.the door is on the front side.

If you take metro. Just reach to “Burj Khalifa/ dubai mall metro station” and walk to a front side of the bldg of the hotel. Pass the “whisper restaurant cafe” and next door is the business part of the bldg.

You need to press the 11 floor (if I don’t mistake) on the special lift screen not on the actual lift.

You should have all documents ready.

I got my visa very quick MashAllah.

Requested for a courier service then recieved a msg stating that my passport is ready for collection. Tried to call, no service after 4 PM although working hours are until 8 PM.
Sent an urgent email, no reply.
Went there for collection, they told me it has been collected by the courier! What a hassle.
Disappointing process.

They believe that they are doing a favor for you, just handling documents, the agent said this €50 is not nice and we cannot accept it, Im really sorry for them for making this kind of crazy issues for people and on the other hand the agent said if you don’t want you can go and do not proceed with your application. There is no professional staff in this department and everyone afraid to make decision

They dont have time sense, need to take along patience with required documents:)
Photos and docs photocopy are expensive, ensure to be well prepared.

The agents are very helpful. As long as you submit the right documents, your visa will be granted easily. I got mine in 2 days. Thank you CKGS

Difficult to find the building.

The staff is supportive and helps in whatever way they can. The process is very smooth.

It's in sheikh zayed road. The internet will bring you to the back side, where it's hard to find a parking space, front side has ample space for parking. The lift is touch screen and with designated floors or service only. Organize building staffs.

Premium service not to the expected level, specially compared to service offered by other similar agencies.

Visa delayed because of Incomplete information with the staff. Had to take a hit of AED 1000 as cancellation charges for emirates flight tickets.

Was quite apprehensive about submitting my application with CKGS on reading some of the reviews here. But i was pleasantly surprised as the team was very professional and helpful. Got the passport delivered back within 7 working days without any hassles. Great job.

The appointments are not available on the website but sold for 100-200 Euros by some travel agencies. I have all the evidence required.
Corrupt organization. Avoid at all costs.

U hv to follow ur visa application otherwise u wont get there reply on time. I got my visa 4 hrs before of my departure after sending 18 emails and 22 calls.

They took my passport for issuing the visa for 1 full month without a single update and when I sent them email that it long time they just rejected me, they never answered the reason for rejection, totally unprofessional.

Absolutely joke of a service. They are unprofessional and have no idea what they are doing. Have had a bad experience with these guys. They have no ethics and they take fees to do nothing
