The best cleaning company in Dubai. I called them how many times to clean our huge villa to do the deep cleaning and also the teams they are professional and honest.
I give 5 stars for this company it was a great experienced working with them.

It was the best 3 hour cleaning experience ever! They put down some mix of chemicals (it has no smell) and gave it it swirl and then a good scrub. They then wet vacuumed up the water that looked like black mud. The grout of 30 years looking so much more acceptable! An off white color! I never thought it possible. I’ve got a large villa and they did the main floor in 3 hours.

They’ve done very detail deep cleaning of my villa showed up on time professional team. Highly recommended

This was the third time I’m using their service. The staff is very prompt and efficient. I would recommend the company for any deep cleaning services.

Waste of money, they can't handle the truth that they didn't clean the apartment. The service is so bad and yet they trespass. I'd suggest you to be there if you want your apartment to be cleaned other wise do not trust them at all.

They have been fantastic. It become an entire disaster while the previous renter left, and we have been worried that cleaning could now no longer be enough to cope with all the issues. The team arrived on time and all through the 5-hour period, making sure that now no longer most effective the complete scope of work stated become addressed, however that in addition they went above and beyond. There have been no issues after they departed, and the area regarded to be brand new.

Had a very good experience with clean and shine recently. Got them out for the first time for a sofa cleaning. The guy kenneth was very thorough and swift. Hammad was also there to assist him. Left my sofa super clean. Will definitely recommend and use their services again.

We had AC duct cleaning and pest control services. They are very meticulous, did a great job with the AC filter and ducts cleaning; as well, at very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Overall the service was good and the team was good too.

Very easy to communicate with and very accomodating.
Team showed up on time and were independent throughout the process. They are friendly and smiling and cleaned up everything before they left.

Very abusive language used by Mr Israr for his own mistake on not arriving on time to do the cleaning service, when said now it's too late too come for the cleaning service, he was very angry and very abusive language used with female staff.

Today we had Clean&Shine team do a complete deep clean in our villa. From the first moment of speaking with Mr Israr to the last minute of inspecting their work I can only compliment them. They are punctual, organized, professional and deliver as per their promises. Everything they promised was done and sparkling - windows, doors, balconies, AC vents, greasy kitchen units, dirty shower corners - all of that was deep cleaned and now looks great.
Did I mention how well and quickly they handle customer requests? - I called on Tuesday afternoon, they arrived for inspection just 30 min after my call, got the quote after 20 mins and next morning Mr Naeem and the team were hard at work. They even provided bigger team in order to complete all the work before 6 pm that day. From the moment I inquired till I received the clean and shining home it took only 28 hours! This fact and the quality of their work are really impressive! I highly recommend them.

Extremely shocked and disappointed by their service. They truly do justice to they brand name clean & shine.
They cleaned out our newly handed over house of 2000 AED I had kept on the kitchen counter.
It was simply me and the Clean & Shine team at the empty villa and they insisted their team didn’t steal it (Ofcourse) but assured me they would revert back upon further investigation.
Not only did they not contact me but they have gone stone cold silent on me ignoring every msg or call.
Out of principle we even paid for their service despite the robbery, upon trust they would get back.
Israr the manager and his colleague Zain assured me in full faith they would handle this, but I am now lost for words as I still struggle to get even a response let alone a reimbursement from them.
It was heartbreaking to have our joyful first day of move-in ruined the way it was.
I most definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone no matter how good their before and after images maybe. For if you cannot trust them with what is valuable what is the point. Please be careful.

Thank you for professional response.

I’m just going to share the exact details of the situation for clarity to everyone.

1) I called you this morning for a quotation request. I gave you options of today before 11.30, or anytime tomorrow. You wanted to accommodate and before 11.30 which I thought was great. To be clear, I did not give short deadlines. You chose it.

2) On WhatsApp you sent at 10.40, you said you’ll be there in 30 minutes. So that’s 11.10. I responded to you that I’ll be there at 11.15.3) I called you at 11.30. You said you need 10 minutes. I told you I really need to leave.

4) I called you at 11.45 again, and you still said you need 10 minutes. By this point you were 35 minutes late on your original appointment that you confirmed which was 11.10. This is when I said no need to come anymore as I was late for an appointment and don’t need the services given lack of adherence to appointments.

Again, had the communication been clearer from the start you can’t make it, would have been fine and we would have rescheduled. I was just really shocked by the level of defensiveness you took calling me after trying to justify. As explained on the phone, my suggestion to you was instead try to apologize and fix the situation. You decided not to.

I was also truly shocked when you said “We don’t need your business”. That’s where any hope of me using your services evaporated as I can’t trust the work.

The reason I’ve take the time here to write this detailed response for you is I hope it helps you improve and grow. It seems that you do have great service judging from the other reviews and that’s why I contacted you in the first place. Unfortunately I just had a bad interaction.

Wasted my time. Said they’ll be there at a specific time when I clearly mentioned that I need to leave at a certain time. Spent 45 minutes waiting for them saying 10 minutes every 10 minutes. Several calls made with different time estimates. After I told them not to come anymore they didn’t seem bothered and just hung up.

Furthermore, manager calls be back instead of apologizing saying that they tried to accommodate me and I was being unreasonable and ended it with “I don’t need your business”.

Very serious company who did a cleaning job of the damaged and dirty tiles in my villa and terrace. They also offered to polish the floor to restore its lost brightness. Professional staff and hard workers. I recommend them and will surely use their services in the future.

Clean and Shine provided us a one stop comprehensive solution which included pest control, painting, carpentry, plumbing and cleaning. All the people were very helpful, prompt and did a fabulous job. If ever we need any of the aforesaid services we will surely re-approach clean and shine, they are highly recommended by us
