Morning Lakshmi and Clearwater Team, just calling to say the guys have fixed and did an absolute brilliant job in repairing. My wife and I cant thank them enough and a real lifesaver! From the emergency call out to the repair, we are really happy they could sort it in such a professional, effective and timely way. Thanks so much to you and the team for being so responsive. The team came to clean my villa windows and I have to say they’ve done a great job. My windows are spotless and they’ve finished really quickly. Plus they’re cheaper than other companies. I got 4 different other quotations.

I had a few small projects for my new house.
I referred to this company by a friend, but actually didn't end up working with them due to their unprofessional approach.
Firstly, they ignored me and responded to my message every few days.
Secondly, they kept changing their prices. I explained the entire scope of work, they gave me a certain price, and sent me a quote without a full description (basically not mentioning that materials and installation are included), when I requested for that, they increased the price, when they had already quoted me lower for the same.
After back and forth extremely slow and unprofessional communication, I decided not to proceed with them.
Stay away from Clear Water.

Hired clear water as a contractor to assist in renovating our kitchen. They did an absolutely fantastic job. Had good ideas how to do things differently, followed up on everything and took responsibility.

Used Clear water a second time now, to renovate our three bathrooms and balcony.
I was again impressed with how organized and thorough the job was done.
All issues were dealt with quick and efficient and followed up on even after the project was completed.

Clearwater is the only service company in Dubai who always arrives on time, and always deliver to high set standars. What I like with Clearwater is the warm and supporting spirit from the front desk, to the guys in the field. Never issues with sourcing the right material, and executing the job with good quality and not creating a mess in the rest of my house.

Unfortunately a horrible experience my end! I called to explain what I needed doing, that is cleaning in between sliding doors which was assured it can be done. 1hr45min after the workmen said that it cant be done. Called the manager, yes can be done but you need to pay more. Workmen say can’t be done because now time is up. Called the manger again and says cannot be done! COMPLETE RIP OFF! Could have cleaned the windows myself, I needed help in areas I could not reach. Very disappointed!
