Service is not as expected, waiting for sparepart 7 day to place order and I should follow everytime, even delivery was not professional, we should wait 3 days in home for them and when we are out they calling to deliver within 1 hour, at the end I cancel order.
I recently visited the service center, and I must say I was incredibly impressed with the level of service I received. The staff was not only professional but also extremely attentive to my needs. They went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Keep up the excellent work
Very nice decent folk representing a great brand. The technician was super kind enough to repair my iron for free, which was otherwise a write-off. Definitely worth trying them out.

We were having some problems with our Tefal Air fryer and Steam iron. We took the items to the Tefal service station in Dubai investment park. We were attended by Mr Ravi. My Krups coffee Maschine was defected, we called the service center from al khayyat group. Mr. Raymond clarified everything for us, he took care of our machine, and he helped us a lot, I am very happy with the service and with his help.

If I can give zero I will do, worst attitude and response from the lady at the resiption, the technition guy not help at all, I send my Tefal pressure cooker for fixing, the technition informed me that the part which control the pressur loos and need to replace and the spare part will be available after 2 weeks, then after 3 weeks they start to urge and refuse to fix it and they are trying forced me to take it back without fixing, and they tell me it is safe, hopefully it will not pump.
I had a very bad experience. So i prefer to give ZERO STARS, but since I cannot giving "one" here.
I had given one ironing steamer for repair. The receptionist (the only staff) informed that she will come back with the estimate within 3 days. But, for almost 2 weeks there were no phone calls.
And finally when I called (luckily she answered my call), the representative told, she will come back with estimate in 10 minutes - but never came back again.
Then again in the evening I called her again, then she put my call on hold for 10 minutes.and finally gave an estimate which is almost the price of the new machine.
I have decided not to go with the Tefal products anymore.
CUSTOMERS STAY WITH PRODUCTS WHOSE AFTER SALE SERVICE / REPAIR CONCERNS are well addressed. Not with people act to be busy and who are really not.
I bring tefal steam iron for service I just want to share my experience. It was really great and awesome experience with the service and I am really happy beacuse the people was very helpful and polite, especially the receptionist she was very commendable despite of her stressful job she still manage to be very nice and helpful to customer. I also recommend this to my friends and relatives and im giving 5 stars for a very good job, well done! Happy customer here
