Dr. Pavithra. Your a such a humble doctor, its a grate place to get treatment in clinic care, when you removing my teeth I given to you hard time,but your a super picent and thank you so much for assistance. It's great place to visit clinic care. Once again thank you for everything.

They are wasting time unnecessary
Every time minimum 3hrs taking without patience also. Staff taking rudly.

Met one orthopedic today I don't know by the name Kumar, he was so rude or maybe it's racism, before I even explained my problem he had already concluded I should have asked for help from where I started treatment.so poor in listening, anyways I had to leave.

I came to the clinic yesterday and met one gp doctor named Dr. Ramesh. He was very kind and listen to my problem patiently. Nursing staff also very much coperative. They are professional. Reception member very kind and polite. I recommend everybody to have a visit in the clinic

Had a very bad experience with clinicare clinic, samari retail.had an appointment at 6.30 with the dentist, Dr vipin.was waiting for 1.5hrs till the doc finished his prev patient.bt next he took the patient who had appointment after me n had just come.when I complained in the reception, the receptionist called the doc for which he got the reply Wait he will call.what surprised me is when I asked the receptionist what I have to do Wait for another 1.5hrs.he didn't have answer.which was clearly evident clinic works over some doctors arrogance not according to the management.didn't take the treatment from the doctor who had no respect towards his profession nor bothered about his patients valuable time.while we value doctors time we want them to do the same.

One of the Basic responsibility of Clinic/Hospital to inform patient after the medical reports are ready. When asked the attitude of the receptionist harsh.

WORST SERVICE!
Yesterday evening I visited this so called clinic, reception staffs told me that they have only 1 GP available and will take 1.5hrs to see the doctor and advised that I can go for now they will call me once the doctor will be available and gave me a Token. However until morning I didn’t receive any call from her.
Today morning again I went to see the doctor as still I am not well. And tried to explain the yesterday situation and request him to go through the token which I got yesterday But he rudely told me that it’s expired already and I need to take new token and have to wait again for 1.5hrs as they have only 1 GP available.

PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE. DON’T PLAY WITH PEOPLE LIVES.

The condition of the clinic is worse

I had an online consultation with Dr vipin after seeing his advertisement in social media. I al ready know him when he was in al warqa. Appreciate his time and patience in explaining everything in simple way for my second son.we are very convinced and will make a visit to him very soon. Being a physiotherapist myself I know how doctor deals with his patients. I hope all doctors have online consultation options too.

Inexperienced staff, negligence, unable to proceed with simple things, a risk for humanity

Hi! I had unknowingly developed a cut under my left leg which within no time had turned gangrenous. I initially treated the wound on my own believing that it was a normal injury. When the foot started turning yellow due to pus I got scared and then me and husband started frenetically scouring many clinics but we were turned away as they told that the toe had to be cut to stop the gangrene from spreading. That's when one of the family friends Binoj took us to Clinicare at Samari Retail Centre. From the moment we stepped in, the Manager Mr. Prakash and the entire reception staff and nurses made me comfortable, as they could see that I was stiff scared of losing my left toe.

Then I met Dr. Ranjith Vijayan (Surgeon) who now for me is nothing less than a God in human form. He listened to my side patiently and explained me in detail whats the gravity of the injury, how he is going to treat it and what would be the consequences. He was knowledgeable, confident and exuded positive vibes which really comforted even a highly distressed patient like me. From the moment I met him, I knew I was in safe hands.

The surgery was performed professionally and successfully though my foot was still
not out of danger, as the first few weeks of post-surgery care were critical. We visited the clinic daily for the first 2 months and Dr. Ranjith personally supervised the recovery process regularly which was admirable and gave me the necessary strength to fight out the odds. I & my husband have no words to thank him for what he has done for us. It was like being reborn. I will forever remain indebted for his kindness, moral support, care and highest levels of medical skills. Without any iota of doubt I can vouch that he is one of the best surgeons in UAE.

I was also attended at times by Dr. Ramesh for dressing the wound and he was deft, quick perfect in his job and friendly with his frank and jovial attitude.

It was always a joy to converse with the ever-smiling Mr. Prakash who always took out time to look after the patients. He personally ensured that myself and the other patients get medical care promptly.

I also have to express my deepest gratitude to my family of nurses and the most friendly reception staff without whom this review will be incomplete. All the nurses were always caring and thorough in dressing the wound daily. My sincere appreciation to the nursing staff Anju Shaji, Chitra, Anchu Joy, Mini and of course to the great head nurse Ancy for all the love, care and patience in getting me healed. It's easy to criticize them at times for some small issues but I have closely watched their stress levels and the shoddy manner in which they get treated by many rude patients. Yet they go on with their job with a smile, day-in, day-out. God bless them and all those who make Clinicare a great medical place to be cared, loved and cured!

Worst clinical experience in my life.
For getting token will 20 mins and if we are in queue of 5 persons our number will hit after waiting for 2 hrs

Worst clinic I have ever visited. No appointments, no one values token system. We had to wait for 2.5 hours just to see doctors because people who were coming later were getting in. No queue followed.

Dr. Elsamma Joseph is incredible! She is very kind and caring. She is very patient and professional, she will take time to explain what needs to be done and will provide advice. Thanks as well to her staff! I always had a pleasant experience with Dr Joseph. I would highly recommend her to everyone.

In case in emergency please go to some other clinic. Only the registration will take hours. Lack of staff or don't know to register i don't know but its really horrible.

I today visited this Clinic and even before entering the room So called #Doctor Reshma Manikuttan Very Rude Unproffessional behavior. I just requested that I have 3 stitches on my leg I cannot attend my duty and my fever is fluctuating can I request you to check and request for sick leave for some days
She did not even let me speak a word she straight away told she can not help as I got stitches from someother hospital and denied any kind of services. Unfortunate and shameful on her behalf Even after telling her that leave stitches aside wat would you suggest in such condition rest or should I go to work.she even did not suggest anything being a doctor she denied all service and instead of being shameful of wearing that white apron and denying all services she had Audicity to teach me Rules. I am shocked if there is any rules in UAE that say a doctor should deny all service at any situation. Her attitude towards a patient was way out of line and Very pethatic. I would not recommend to any one this place as people work as if it's a business unit running and were the patients are treated with such disgusting behavior.

Yesterday I went to Clinicare, I had a very good experience with Dr. Shemna, the way she treats the patient, listening to our issues are too good. The only drawback is waiting period, it took around 3 hours of time to see the doctor after registration. If we are able to book appointment through online that should be very helpful.

If there is any emergency or for any urgent things I request patients not to consult this hospital. Especially the room number 12, They do not know how to manage patients especially the male nurse. With regard to doctors, always they are on leave and waiting time is min 1hour -3 hr. Also would like to request all to write an email to DHA if you face same problem. So that it may help other patients in future. Thank you.

Dem i won't wish to visit that clinicare again, there is a guy in the reception its seems he doesn't know is job waiting for 2hrs and half for doctors only to go and ask him the update he changes and start to say doctors got an emergency, something that he would have done before me inquiring and I was seated infront of him.very pathetic

One of the worst clinics I ever saw.this clinic doesn't have professionalism, today Just bring a person to visit the Doctor to show the test results done by yesterday 04/07/2022 but its takes more than 1.5 hrs to see The doctor, some patients are came and left after visiting the doctor even they came after us, i don't know how these people are managing this clinic, why need hors to wait to show a test results for no reasons, also the front office person doesn't give the clear answer, if you question that they will say doctors are doing the procedure. I think Better to visit Aster even if you pay extra.

I had an excellent experience, everyone was very helpful and professional. I really hope I do not get sick again but if I do I will not hesitate to come back to this centre.

I strongly recommend the clinic. A very well managed family clinic with good ambience and patient care.

If you really need a good medical assistant do not come here. Doctor was hesitate to even make a recommendation for pcr, insisted only to get blood test which results was sent to my whatsapp without any explanation. Had to do pcr on my own initiative as I didn't feel any better even after taking panadol and cough syrup she prescribed me. Turns out I am covid positive, I would have get a better help if only she can make a better decisions to diagnosed. So disappointed and wont come back.

I had bad remarks in this clinic.as the guy in reception told me to wait for your turn and have made me to sit for 1hr 30 mnts for the doctor visit for the ENT specialist and it was just a follow up too.when i said cmplaint for them they behaved rudely to me saying to go and inform to the manager.its too conjusted and cant visit with kids during this pandemic

Very poorly managed. At any time waiting is 2 hours. Although they have token system they let medical reps and others in even if the patient is on the verge of dying. They have one computer in the nurse station to take the vitals of so many patients waiting. The doctor (general physician) is also immensely slow. Either they dont have proper training or the systems they are working on is outdated. I would rather drive 30 mins into the city and go to another decent clinic or hospital. When I gave the feedback to the manager he didn't bother to improve rather he was defending himself and the staff there. Some doctors
are not confident and some over prescribe.
The patient feels more sick and frustrated when they leave that place.

The staff at the reception is very unprofessional and very slow. They don't even attend even if the patient is in situation.my recent visit firstly i was told to wait for some time after i got my token, i waited for 2 hours and then doctor said come back in the evening to see another doctor. I asked reception if i can take appointment so i don't need to wait, in-spite of having an appointment they asked me to wait again as they had some walk-in patients, so what is the purpose of taking appointment and waiting in the afternoon for two hours.

Very bad experience for dental clinicare dr not properly clean my teeth. There is a offer for scaling and polishing but they do only scaling.

Highly unprofessional service. No track of patients coming for treatment. I kept waiting for hours and others who come afterwards being attended, no emergency, no specific reason, pure mismanagement. Not on one but several occasions.
Doctors are good. But patients management is highly irresponsible.
Every visit there’s new staff.
Adjacent Pharmacy associated with Clinicare is a night mare. Never have got life saving medicines. It is like a small grocery shop of medicines.

It’s a mess. Though it’s economical and the doctors are pretty decent, they have no proper structure when it comes to patient management. You could be first, however since there is no token system, people just walk into the doctors room as they feel like it. It’s a real mess when the patient number is anything more than 5 to meet the doctor.

Overall experience was great and satisfied with the clinic my friend had visited the Specialist Orthopedic. Dr. Salim Narayan, was very impressive and had given an excellent treatment. Highly recommended and nurses are very cooperative.overall Excellent

The clinic is very clean and very vibrant. I was very welcomed by the staff, they were very friendly and professional even though it was a busy day. I am very scared of needles yet i didn’t feel anything when i got vaccinated by one of the nurses. I would highly recommend this clinic if you ever need any medical help.

It was my second visit to the clinic in 6 months period of time. The overall experience was satisfactory, special thanks to Dr. Koshish Shah an young Ortho Specilist from India. The way he examine and explains the medical case is truly professional and very clear to the patient. He is trust worthy, humble and a friendly Doctor. Special/Many thanks to Dentist Doctor who attended to me Dr. Talur " I hope I wrote it well" who conducted a root canal procedure that took about 6 visits to the clinic
. Since I have a phobia for injections and hospitals he managed to accommodate my fears and my tensions and really work closely with how I feel

Please avoid this clinic if you need a help immediately.it's such an unprofessional place to go. They make you wait endlessly for no reason. Although I stay next-door to this clinic, this will be my last option to visit. It's ridiculous to see patients including women and children waiting for hours in such a tired and helpless state.

Here no pediatric Doctors regularly, always Not available, or left the clinic so on, Not worth visiting

Very unprofessional way of handling patients. Not all the doctors are the same, i had bad experience with then General Practitioner whom from the reception reffered as a good pediatric.

One of the worst clinic i have ever seen in my life. I am still here waiting from last 2 hours to see the doctor. I called before coming and ask what time the doctor will be there and the answer was 17.00 hours. I came at 16.45 hours to make sure i can see the doctor soon, however the doctor herself came at 18.00 hours and then she started calling her patients. This is not how a clinic should be operating. I would urge the higher management to have a look into this issue about waiting hours not only for me as a patient but for every other patient who visits here.

The clinic and staff were friendly with ready to help attitude. But the waiting time was long. I had visited with Abdominal pain and initially met Dr Nazrin who was not of much help. I had to go back again with the same problem and meet another Kerala Dr Shahna who had spend more time to listen to my problems and had written some investigations and suggested some food habbit changes and gave a few medicines which worked for me. I really appreciate the efforts she has put and would recommend this clinic
