Coco Lounge

Very nice atmosphere and the weather was great to sit outside in the evening. The bar staff were friendly and attentive. Would recommend it for the evening meet-up with friends, to sit and relax whilst having nice drinks and food.

Nelson was one of the best bartender that I ever had.

Very bad service in terms of F&B,
One drink takes more than 50 minutes to serve, that too after reminding them 3-4 times,
Ordered a drink before the worldcup semifinal match starts, delivered after reminding them during halftime,
Neighbouring tables were served before us,
My son was sad and he said its because we are Indians, and others are European,
My son said better to visit McDonald's than coco lounge.

Felt really bad about the racist comment from my son,
Will never visit this venue in future nor recommend anyone to visit there

Worst service, slow and unprofessional. Got our orders wrong and took an hour or more to get our food. Dont recommend!

The service was horrible. They weren’t able to deliver on our simple order and their time management and communication was disastrous. Even getting the bill was a hassle.

Staff is friendly, and sushi is good. Actually the place is very good, but the all times i went, it was pretty empty. They could organize some events at night, ladies night or something like that to promote

Staff we’re very friendly and accommodating. The menu selection is great and the sheesha was amazing. There was one instance where I had to charge my phone and the receptionist offered to take my phone and charge at her desk.
Great atmosphere, friendly staff and amazing menu earns them a 5 star from me.

Impressed by their new menu! The ceviches and sushi are delicious and fresh. Music is perfect for chilling in a Dubai winter night.:)

Great value for amenity. For 50 DHS only, I was able to use the pool, have meals for free since the whole amount is fully redeemable. Not only that they have free refreshments and spray mist. Amazing service.

The place is nice and they have shisha and outdoor seating and separate cabin areas for sitting. It is lacking a few things though
1) drink and shisha deals at night
2) the fun vibe it used to have before when it was Dek on 8

Had an amazing time with my girls at the pool. It was ladies day and our waiter, Yvonne was nothing short of kind. Paul makes tasty cocktails too.

We had some snaks food and drinks with my Miscow guest. We were waiting for the food 40min, and what came was a big dissapointment.a set of different snacks and non of them was something you would like to eat or can evaluate somehow.the good thing that when I told this to a waiter manager came, but he couldnt really chenge anything, however we got a little discount, which was not a compensation ti our stomachs ;)

Its the place if you want to try shisha is the media city. In fact its the only place i know who has offer on shisha on one of the weekdays.

2 stars because the food portions for lunch are bite size. My 3 friends and I can’t for a pool day during their ladies day Sunday- Paying for a main and getting a rabbits size portion of food wasn’t fun - especially when we planned on staying from 12-5 and having lunch here! The pickle slice on the quesadilla was literally the skin- I didn’t know something could be sliced that thin! The pool area is nice- but the sun hides behind the buildings most of the day, so don’t plan on tanning much. It was a chilled vibe for the afternoon but I for sure won’t ever eat here again- I’ll go to garden on 8!

Beautiful pool, okay food, if going for a pool day please go before 12 because after noon the sun only hit some of beds at some times

This place is so much better since it got refurbed, it has a really nice ambience and a great place for some chilled drink on a pool terrace

It looks great, I had tacos and drinks. The drinks were great but I have had better tacos even at home.

Ladies night with three free drinks and lovely music. I live the food served here. It is perfect.

Beautiful place around the pool to have a calm chat and drink with your friends. Nice cocktails and tasty food. Prices are reasonable.
