The Job didn't meet 1% of my expectation, had a square shape depleted area and they used very thick grafts for the hairline, I paid around 200,000Dhs to fix the damage in Belguim and only one Doctor in the world approved to fix it since it was almost impossible to repair, it was 8 days repair in 2 sessions, thanks god my issue was reversable after 2 years of embarrassment.

I visited Dr Sanjay to discuss my old flabby tummy and what could be achieved. Living by the beach my tummy was on show and I didn’t like how I felt. I have been going to this clinic in Al Wasl for many years now and availed their service. Today I came for TCA peel with Ms. Sally where she took me to a room and left me in there for 15 mins without AC in a dark room. When I went out of the room she was with receptionist chatting and I asked her long it will take she told she will come back in few mins. After few minutes I went out and she told she is checking some peeling price for me which is not what I asked for and I did not feel it right cause I thought the prices are fixed and they give some discount sometimes. Today I felt they were trying to trick me to get something done which Ms Sally did not explain but just trying to do the procedure and charge me. I was very terrified and left the place as I was very uncomfortable with the behavior and will never go back again.

I had my teeth whitened, polished, and cleaned by Dr Faryal. She was so welcoming and instantly made me feel at ease. The results were amazing, she really chosen a great shade of white which we reached. Highly recommended

Went for my first Botox injection. I enquired about offer, they told me about a special offer but said I’d like to discuss with Dr.about my concerns.

As soon as I entered the room the DR made a comment about my age… that I wanted Botox as I was only in my early 30s. I said I wanted to enhance my apparence and look less tired after 2kids under 2.

My area of concerns that I wanted to get treated were forehead, eyes and and smile lines. I agreed to the fact the the smile line needed a filler but because of how I naturally smile I would still have a crease, and choose not to do so. Then DR only agreed to do the forehead, to my disappointment… And didn’t need anything else due to my age (31). Did the injections and told me to comeback in 10 days before my move.

After 4 days I inquired with the clinic via WhatsApp about the fact the my eyes looked way more tired than before, they told me I have already a appointment coming and close the chat.

On my appointment Dr said he did his job, correctly as my eye lid works properly and told me that my concerns looks fine and effect will wear off…

After a couple days I decided to go see another specialist in Canada cause I didn’t like the result of Botox I had.and they told me they over injected my forehead as my brows don’t move equally, and the hooded bags over my eyes (why I looked more tired) was also a result for too much toxins injected. It happens often they said but needs to be take in consideration while injecting for optimal results.

I understand results can be different for everyone…but I felt all my concerned was dismissed and not listened. I also felt judged to wanted to enhance my apparence at the first place by some comments about my age. Hence my 2 stars.

I just did fraxel treatment with Smita. Although the procedure is supposed to be uncomfortable and a bit painful, she always does a great job explaining and doing the procedure. She manipulates the pressure and applies the lazer in a way that you get to get your mind on and off the uneasiness. Happy with the experience and highly recommend her.

Very bad service from physician called Sanjay, i had an appointement for consultation, he told them i will finish the follow up cases despite my appointement and this showing disrespect to the patients.

I went to the clinic to see a dermatologist a couple months ago by a suggestion of a friend. Dr. Purva was very friendly and explained the potential services on offer. I'm pleased with the results so far and shall continue to visit the clinic. The doctor was able to identify and solve the issue I have had for several years.

I have been having appointments at the clinic for the last 5 months, attending consultation with Dr. Purva. She has been very professional in explaining the services available and provided a high-quality service, resulting in great results. Would recommend.

I quickly built a rapport with Dr Rani, firstly because of her friendly approach and secondly because she took the time to explain the full procedure and covered all possible side effects. I had 3 consultations before my surgery because she needed to make sure my blood tests were all okay and unfortunately my calcium levels were low but we managed to get them up. Dr Rani is polite and friendly and makes you feel comfortable. After the procedure Dr Rani also recommended that I see a nutritionist as I expressed concerns about my diet and i felt I was lacking certain vitamins being a pescatarian. Most unprofessional experience I ever had, visited them to book hydro facial on 17th June, they said only availability was for 24th June. I show up on 24th to hear that I missed my appointment for 17th, and I can't reschedule now cause they're out of supplies and currently suspended hydra facial. With one bit of remorse the 2 filipino ladies on reception didn't even bother to apologise. PLEASE AVOID THEM!

Wow am so happy with my results. I had tummy tuck 3 months ago. Dr Sanjay and Dr Rani are God send. Very disappointed with their unprofessional way to deal with customers. I purchased a package for a treatment. I booked an appointment in advance to make sure I follow the plan and every month my appointment was cancelled by sms the day before. No explanation. I had to call them myself to reschedule and then even that appointment would often be cancelled. I tried to reach out to the manager about the issue, I was told twice that someone will contact me. It has been 2 weeks and no one bothered to call. I regret paying in advance for a treatment I am not able to get due to their poor scheduling.

I have done 4 sessions of Derma pen with Smitha to improve my skin texture and get rud of Acne scars. I have initially referred to Cocoona clinic to do Fractional CO2 which is considered aggressive solution with almost one week downtime however Smitha encouraged me to try Derma Pen and she assured me that I will be happy with the result and now after 4 months of Derma Pen I can say I am extremely happy with the result and I highly recommend it.

Pretty expensive and non professional behavior, they call me about 10 times, and take me direct to machines, Doctor even didn't bother to ask me what issue i have, but they were just to increase bills

A very bad experience with Cocoona after having very expensive veneers which two have chipped and split into two parts. Now having to go back to the UK to get them fixed as they could not find a solution in time. The supplier of the veneers had not been paid by Cocoona. Not trustworthy or reassuring. Please do not waste your money here very unreliable and not honest in their approach. Disappointed client and still waiting for a partial refund.

I visited Cocoona for a Hydrafacial and Dr. Smita Sachin was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. This center should be recognized, I had done my surgery on the 15th of September 2019, with dr. Sanjay and dr. Rani. They are amazing in all aspects. My safety was their priority, and this was a concern to me. The follow ups was very regular post surgery to make sure that the recovery is on track. Also the hospital care was amazing they made me feel so comfortable after the surgery. The dr. Are so caring and passionate about their work. Which I truly adore. Also I had access to text the dr. Any time am concerned about anything throughout the recovery.
Yes my surgery was major and am still recovering. But I recommend them if anyone is considering getting any plastic surgery.

My sister had been for treatment here and the changes she had was awesome. One of the best clinic for skin treatment

This clinic offers low prices on treatments that cost much more at other clinics. However, once you do the research it becomes clear that the price is often low because many of the treatments they do are stand alone without the necessary protocols that are needed to optimize the treatment. For example, vivace treatment was done as a stand alone and I walked out with a red face with open wound that took a long time to heal and left my face dry and looking awful. They then recommend another course of treatment 3 weeks later. At another clinic which I paid more, multiple serums, nutrients, masks, and healing lights were used to enhance the treatment. The results were so much better and the healing time was less. They also advised to wait at least four weeks or more to allow proper healing. You get what you pay for.
