I ordered the big box worth 250+ AED mix of hazelnut and sea salt chocolate as a gift for my friends and I was very embarrassed when she open it and served it to us in the gathering as it was not fresh and taste old! Really disappointed

Cocoville has always had unique offerings. Their brownies and flutes are legendary. But the item I have just discovered and quickly entered the list of the best drinks you can have in Dubai is their Hot Chocolate shots. The small cup is more than enough as the drink is really thick and strong.
Really good though!

Ask for a very hot chocolate. The staff took a cup and offered to put it in the microwave. I walked away.

I heard about this place from a friend, so we tried it one evening. The deserts are very pricey and the taste has nothing special. We also informed the waiter that a cockroach was wandering around on the floor. Very disappointed by the whole experience. But the service and waiters were good.

Awesome place. Tasty coffee and very delicious sweets. Place is also amazing in term of seating and services

We entered and the bad smell hit us because of the construction going on around.it's like you are sitting at the construction site itself.
The cake is above 45 DHS the coffee is 27dhs!
Jumeirah al naseem a 5 star hotel with a breathtaking view and delicious cakes has the same prices.
The staff are not trained properly the quality of cake is very mediocre and the coffee is served cold and leaks on the sides.
I don't recommend it at all.they are extremely expensive and not worth it at all.

Good chocolate, nice interior, tea/ coffee. Please train your staff, they seem lost, as in not understanding what they are doing. They did not know how to package the chocolate into the boxes, and we had to guide them to find materials on their shelf as well as tell them to use ribbons, etc.

I can’t describe how bad my experience was. We waited 20 min plus no one came to take the order.

The coffee is really great (Cortado) they serve with a small brownie, but I suggest to add small glass of sparkling water

The milk cakes are out of this world. Brownie milk cake is their best seller which is pretty good but the saffron milk cake is really amazing. The villa is nice and quaint as well. I have not tried the food as yet though.

Nice quiet place for all u chocoholics out there. Def try the hot chocolate with marshmallows thts genuine hot chocolate

Cute little chocolateria in the Jumeirah neighbor with a nice drinks and bites menu. Perfect for catch ups, families and gatherings.

The worst breakfast every.took them so long to prepare.food came out full of oil.menu didn't mention having salami or Turkey in the dish.but their chocolate is always good and Heavenly.

Highly recommend.ordered a cafe mocha and they add a little brownie that makes the experience complete Love the spilt chocolate on the roof of the building

Everything about this place is awesome, the decoration, the lighting, environment as a whole is very well designed and maintained. You have to try all the items mentioned on the menu card. But to fully enjoy this place, you must visit this place in good weather conditions. Go here once and you will definitely come back for more.
