The only place I found in Dubai that has a rich authentic cultural experience, the coffee is good, the old machines for making coffee are very interesting, the ticket for entry is cheap, a lot of information about coffee history can be found there, highly recommended.
A nice little coffee museum with friendly staff. Explore the museum and afterwards you should try to taste small cups of coffee from all around the world.
For all coffee lovers is the place. Coffee more than a product is an experience, and in the coffee museum, you will find history, stories, products from over the world, and a delicious cup of coffee. I really love that place.
Very small museum in a cosy heritage area. I got a cardamom coffee. Unfortunately there are no guidelines explaining the coffee process, history, nothing. But the atmosphere was unique and we were alone there.
This Coffee Museum was so amazing, full with history about coffee. I went especially for this museum in Al Seef Dubai. They give you free taste coffee for entrance only AED 10.
One of my favorite places in the old Dubai. Love the neighborhood and the vibe of the museum. AED 10 fee to enter and free Arabic coffee experienced offered inside. Coffee heaven. Old pieces related to coffee making from all around the world!
One of the unique museum for coffee lovers, all info about coffees history and its machine. Entry ticket including a free Arabic coffee with 3 pcs of dates. Enjoooooooooy
The museum looks a bit outdated and the design of the exhibited items could be better. But it's cheap, a nice experience and we could taste very interesting Ethiopian coffee (plus coffees we received at the entrance).
Quirky little place worth the visit, with an eclectic collection of roasters, grinders, brewing devices from past and present. The coffee bar on the top floor has a very wide range of coffee varieties and brewing methods, from traditional to espresso and pour overs and more. The very knowledgeable staff take great pride in the quality of coffee served, and are full of interesting and technical information about the brewing process. The museum is free to visit, and there is no pressure at all to buy a coffee, but you should totally have one here if you come.
Awesome museum, where you have the chance to learn about history of coffee, the origins, the types as well as tools used for making it. When you enter, you are served with Arabic coffee and dates, love it. After, you will have the chance to try Ethiopian style coffee, the atmosphere too. The people are nice and welcoming too.

Utterly disappointed! We went there today around 2pm after making sure that it’s open and working, but once we reached there, some sort of shooting was going on in the museum and they refused to let us have a tour! We requested them to let us ask the manager for permission since we came a long way and have to return soon, but to no avail. That’s highly unfair! It’s a place of public access and any kind of change in schedule should have been mentioned beforehand or compensated afterwards, since anyone who would go there moves with a plan. Really disappointed!
A relaxing atmosphere with regional traditional architecture amalgamated with oriental architecture. Coffee Museum is a platform for experiencing traditional coffees such as Arabic, Turkish and Ethiopian and places an emphasis on coffee education for those who wish to know more about coffee. ”
Thoroughly enjoyed my tour around here, particular highlight was the lesson on the Ethiopian coffee making process from a young lady who really knows how to make a proper cup of coffee from green bean to cup.
Small but nice museum located in al bastakia the entry fee is 10 dirham per person and for that you get a free coffee as well, it totally worth the visit
History of coffee is explained to the best, coffee grinding machines from past are also displayed. Coffee lovers will definitely can visit this place to explore variety of coffee from various parts of the world. Moment we step in and till we come out the museum the fragrance of high quality coffee will grab your senses.
Coffee Museum is one of Dubai's Heritage Hub near Al Fahidi, Bur Dubai. It is a classic concept with international standards in a small cozy, relaxing atmosphere with a simple Oriental setting.
A relaxing ambiance with regional traditional architecture amalgamated with Oriental architecture. Showcase a wide range of antique items.
Best experience I had in a museum! For only 10 AED you can see many equipments for coffee roasting and coffee-making and also you can choose from Turkish/Arabic or Ethiopian coffee and enjoy it in a room with pillows. The staff was polite, friendly and nice! I highly recommend it! Thank you for the experience!
This is the worst museum and service I ever encountered. My friend and I were rushing for this coffee museum because we thought it was one of those tourist attractions on the “must-do list”. We got there at about 4pm, 1hr before it closes. It’s 10AED, quite pricey for a museum tour, but since we get to try the coffee, why not right?
We decided to head over to the coffee bar counter at about 4.40pm to try our complimentary coffee. Turns out, we waited there for a good 15mins, all the staff walking around, ignoring us even when we approached them.
Until 4.55pm, 5mins before the museum closes, we see all the staffs carrying their bags, about to leave. One of the staff stared at us and laughed, told us that they’re closed. And we should leave. And he walked off.
So we paid 10AED for a small museum which frankly is one of the worse museums you can go to, unless you want to be treated with such services and come out of the museum feeling so disappointed and upset.
Right in the heart of historical area, it has some of interesting information about coffee and one of the three coffee types native to this part of the world is offered to try within the ticket value. Don’t expect to spend here longer than half an hour as it is not much to see. The word “Museum” in the name is somehow misguiding, though, you will see some genially old coffee roasters and grinders. Better group this visit with gold and spice souk visits, which are just across the canal and can be reached by small traditional boat.
Located within the Al-Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood this is a small and quaint museum detailing the Emiratis' love for coffee; entrance is free and you even get to take a selfie with a model in properly decked out an Emirati kandura
Small coffee musuem which takes about 30 mins to tour including enjoying a cup of coffee. Entry is 10 AED inclusive of a small drink (Turkish, Arabic or Ethiopian Coffee) and dates. Love the small information posters and charts which provide snippets of information while not overloading you with details. They also display lots of coffee making tools.
