Very clean place. Great staff, paid attention to exactly what we wanted with toppings etc and went out his way to give us tastes of the different icecreams.

My first encounter with Coldstone was over six years ago at their Deira City Centre branch, where I was treated to an amazing Mango smoothie. Imagine my shock when I discovered almost two years ago that they had discontinued this delightful offering.

Fast forward to my visit to the Latifa Tower branch about a month ago – my first time there. Accompanied by my cousin, we ordered a Berry Shake and a Cookies & Cream Milk Shake. While the Berry Shake lived up to expectations, the Cookies and Cream Shake turned out to be a major letdown. It lacked any semblance of cookie flavor and felt more like a cold, dense milk drink.

On a positive note, the customer service was decent, but we only realized the disappointment with our shake after leaving the store. Regrettably, we didn't bother returning to report the issue.

Considering our initial excitement after sampling various ice cream flavors before settling on the Cookies & Cream, the stark contrast in taste was especially disappointing.

In conclusion, my visit to the Coldstone branch at Latifa Tower left me with a bitter taste in my mouth – quite literally. While the ice cream options may shine, the Milk Shake experience was far from satisfactory.

We keep coming back to this place. We love the different flavours and the atmosphere. The staffs are also helpful and accommodating.

If I’ll be the manager I will regret of letting her go from my company. SHE’S A KEEPER! A company would probably be successful because of this one, trust me not all the customers are keep coming back because of the food sometimes it’s bcause of the staff, good service & good upselling. Me and my friends love her smile & her accent. Keep it up UBAH!

I waited at the counter for 10 mins but no one came to take my order. I tried catching the attention of employees in the staff room but everyone seemed to avoid me. Very disappointing

I like cold stone a lot, but the staff is not at all friendly.
The shop was supposed to be closed at 12am and it was 11: 45pm and the staff did not even care to take order instead he pored water on counter and be like sorry counter closed.
Very very rude behaviour.

Always liked the place but have not been there many times - mostly preferred ordering through a food app. They have the ice cream tub which they encourage you to mix and match and it's totally worth it.

The lotus, salted caramel and even the chocolate flavours are high quality and enjoyable. The service is friendly and the personalized options are definitely worth the price which may feel a bit on the higher side but trust me it's a good indulgence to satisfy your sweet tooth

Happened to visit Cold Stone today. They are fabulous & services are incredible. I would specially thank Niket he is so co-ordial and nice person. He made our experience very pleasant.

The best ice cream parlor in town. The service is commendable. The guy working there is extremely courteous. We thoroughly enjoyed our ice cream.

It's a nice vibe there! I had so much fun, to be honest. Their way of greeting their customers is the sweetest thing ever, it just makes me want to visit the place frequently. I really love spending time in cold stone. It has a nice and decent ambience and good place to chill around, they have amazing flavor of ice creams to try. The person working there named Tashi was really sweet and always welcomed me with a smile on his face. Really enjoyed everything about this store.

Wild variety of options and very friendly staff. However the place is dark, was not clean as expected and seating area is not very convenient.

I like their ice cream. They have a good selection of ice cream with many different flavors. The team is very friendly and the service is good. They are located on sheikh Zayed road and you can easily find a parking if it is not during peak hour. Moreover they have nice selection for birthday cakes.

Cold stone is a good product. However, the staff in this branch is absolutely unacceptable. Rude, disrespectful, lazy and i say this after having more than 5 in-counters with them. I advise anyone to eat from a different branch, or anyone else

The cake batter ice cream is really good!
However cold stone is always excessive in terms of sweetness.

Had a thought that the lady working there didnt know how to utilize the brand' iced stone to creste some more frost to the icecream.just dumped the icecream on top of the stone, molded the topping, wrapped up quickly, and served.the 'ColdStone' I recognized in other countries is that you get to see a "show" cutting the icecream into pieces and spreading it on the stone, then freezing it even more.just didnt have that bit.

Cold stone staff seems to have forgotten how to use cold stone for mixing ice creams. They hardly make use of it and just scoop in ice creams on cold stone, and mix them as if doing that for formality. Though ice creams are good, but they need to learn to make use of cold stone.

Much prefer the Cold Stone in Mirdif City Center because it's hard to find parking spots in this location. Also, you have to climb a lot of steps to get to this Cold Stone.

Delicious icecream and it's open 24 hours! They dont have the biggest selection but the girl working there was very kind and did her best to serve many customers even though she was by herself. Would definitely go back!

Its basically an overpriced gourmet ice cream mixed on a slab of stone table. Tasty indeed. Nice to have during the sizzling summer in Dubai. There is Cold Stone Creamery outlets in almost evey main areas.

Nice icecream combinations made in front of the client. Included in Dubai intertainer. Very comfortable seats. Still over priced in my opinion. Staff members seamed tired and over worked at the time I visited. Nice to try once or twice. Not my favorite icecream destination.

The Ice cream they serve here is very good, but the service was to slow, there was only one guy behind the counter reciving and preparing orders as well as running the cash register, specially at a reasonably crowded time.
I had to wait for 30 minutes to get my order picked up and another 15 to get it prepared.
In the end i enjoyed my order but they should work on staffing.
