Worst ever dealing, They were trying to scam me for 90 AED for only 14 pages as barcode sheets.

Visited them first time ever for business cards printing. They were so helpful and make process fast and smooth for you.
Even they offered me final design update before printing and the designer was super friendly and help full at same time.

Pathetic way of explaining and taking orders.please do not waste your money and time with them. They are going to take you on the level where you will think what kind of people you are deeling with! Cheaters they are! And they lie too. They know nothing about the services they are providing. Never pay them until you are not setisfied with your work.

Ridiculous pricing! They have absolutely no respect for customers. You have to pay them in advance and then they will make you wait for hours. Zero professionalism. I would totally avoid using them in the future.

Color track is always my first preference since 5 years because of budgeted price, timely commitments services, cooperative staff, innovative designing.thanks to the staff and manger for give us excellent services.i would refer the other people to render color track advertising services

Sharing the experience had recently -

Placed an order for Job card books, the printing was OK. However, the communication between the management and the workshop staff is poor not effective as per customer point of view.

Discussed several times, with 3 staff members regarding the required size and they agreed to print it as per my requirement which is a MUST.

The result after printing made me disappointed as it was bigger size which I did not approved. And when I complaint about it, they are on denial. And I had to bear the cost of an unsatisfactory order.

* Definitely not recommended to use them unless you have a document in writing and get signed by them the approved draft of design you will print. Or else they always forgets for what they agreed on with customer. They will convince you that in case there's any fault from their end they will fix it. YES, they will fix it if its a small order, and they're not willing to accept their fault if it's a big order. Eventually this type of behavior they would loose customers since not trustworthy.

To be onest they did amazing job and amazing customer hospitality good job gays continue the weya it is

Well. I am writing my review based on at least 3 years of dealing with them (since the were in there small shop). The factors that I like about them is that they have strong communication and fast in delivery and always there to help you when ever you need their assistant and I like to work with them and will always recommend them.
