Very poor service, the people in the customer service counter are rude and doesn't know the procedures.

When I opened an account and credit card abut 6 years ago, it was a good bank, friendly customer service and employees. But, later get worse and worse. Last Time I went there, I spent 2 hours only waiting for someone call my ticket number. When I went to his room, only in 5 minutes he kicked me out before he listen to my problem.

Unfortunately, bad entities didn't read or listen to the critics and didn't try to improve their services.

Very bad experience. They have closed account without trying to call, sms or noticing as minimum balance was lower 1 month only. And staff who sits in room#8 is not even willing to speak with you. You need to ask everything one by one or he will not even bother to tell what is going on. Terrible bank.

Terrible bank. Probably the worst in the UAE. Customer service is ridiculous, internet banking primitive. And guess what? They block your debit/ credit card abroad in any country you use it.then you see yourself with no money. Luckily if you call customer service they will attend you. Dont make the error of opening an account here, go for a serious bank.

Can someone contact my Number from this brach, it can't be im calling to your call Centre 25 minutes 3 times no one answer?

Extremely bad service it's a shame I have an account in cbi Bank statement took 45 minutes, customer service people sitting and not calling customers.

Very dissapointed in this bank. I have my mortgage here and had a good service 2 years ago. However things have changed. After multiple calls to the CBI helpdesk and with promises the home loan department to call me back I still have not heard anything.

I was hoping for a counter offer but never got one. Now i am trying to switch my mortgage to another bank but my liability letter never seems to arrive eventhough i applied over 3 weeks ago for it.

Pathetic is the word for their services. A Bank which has no respect for its customers.

Horrible service, the bank managers never perform the service requested, a very arrogant and unhelpful bank. Avoid them if possible.

Very limited access to CBI Atms and Branches. Needs to be more reachable specially into the malls and public areas same as the other competitor' banks in the local market.

Worst service bank ever, It was a mistake that Im open account there!
Never go to this bank! They cannot solved simple problem and lye like no one before. Do NOT TRUST FOR THIS PEOPLES!
