Bought DTC1250e from there. So far so good. Mr. Gokul was very supportive and explained the products well to help me chose according to my needs.

The sales people and customer service so bad and so much attitude. They always not ready to accept the mistake So RUDE. Cheating the people by giving cheep price but output Quality is always bad. Totally cannot expect the perfect output.
