Very irresponsible company, poor quality of work and service, caring only about money but not consumers's needs. Giving unmatched PBX for small company by more than 100 extensions, which is really unprofessional and the supposed long-term used PBX became short-term usage. It came out of order within 1 year. They took the quotation date as the starting date of warranty time and refused to give warranty service. A nightmare company.

I am shifting my office within Almas Tower. Request applied on Monday, till Thursday they didn't process it.
On Sunday they promised me several times to call back, but no one called back even manager.
They don't care about business operation of their customers.
Strange that They are gold partner's of DU.
