I am writing this review to share my personal experience with Concepts Zone to caution potential employees about the issues they may face if they choose to work there.

Firstly, it's important to note that the glowing reviews posted on Google about Concepts Zone do not align with the reality of the company's operations. It's disconcerting to suspect that some of these reviews may not be genuine, as they paint a picture that is starkly different from my own experience and that of others I know who have worked there.

One of the most significant issues I encountered was the company's handling of visas. Concepts Zone does not provide visas for its employees, which is a significant inconvenience and potential legal issue for those relocating to work there. Instead, they require you to work on your own visa for a trial period of three months. This practice puts employees in a precarious position, as they are left vulnerable to termination without any form of security.

Moreover, the company's payment system is far from reliable. I have experienced delays in receiving my salary, and I know others who have not been paid for up to 90 days. This is not only unethical but also creates financial instability for the employees who depend on timely payments.

Lastly, Concepts Zone operates more like a family business than a professional organization. This can lead to a lack of objectivity in decision-making and favoritism, which can negatively impact the work environment and employee morale.

In conclusion, I strongly advise potential employees to be wary of joining Concepts Zone. The issues I've outlined above are serious and can lead to a stressful and unsatisfactory work experience. It's crucial to ensure that your rights as an employee are respected and that you're joining a company that values your contributions.

I am writing this review after a disheartening experience with Concepts Zone, a company based in Dubai. I was initially excited to join the team, but unfortunately, I have come to realize that this company is fraught with issues that potential employees should be aware of. My intention with this review is not to slander the organization, but to shed light on the unethical practices I've encountered during my time there.

From the beginning, I noticed a pattern of deceitful behavior. Concepts Zone is quick to hire employees and assign them tasks, but they consistently fail to apply for work visas on behalf of their staff. This leaves employees in a precarious legal situation, unsure of their standing in the country and unable to advocate for their rights.

As if the visa issue weren't enough, the company routinely delays salary payments by 10 to 15 days. This not only causes financial stress for the employees but also sows distrust between the staff and management. When inquiring about the delayed salaries, employees are often met with vague answers or empty promises that the issue will be resolved soon.

The management at Concepts Zone is structured as a family business, which seems to contribute to the company's lack of professionalism and accountability. Decisions are made behind closed doors, and there is a general sense of nepotism that permeates the company culture. This makes it difficult for employees to voice their concerns or express dissatisfaction without fear of retaliation.

If you find yourself in a situation where Concepts Zone is withholding your salary, I would recommend that you report this to the Dubai Labour Department. They can provide guidance on how to file a complaint and seek resolution for your case. It is crucial that employees stand up for their rights and ensure that companies like Concepts Zone are held accountable for their actions.

In conclusion, my experience with Concepts Zone has been far from pleasant. The company's deceitful practices, lack of professionalism, and disregard for employee well-being have left me with no choice but to share my story in hopes of preventing others from falling victim to similar circumstances. So let me introduce the company "Concept Zone " which is one of the finest and best company to work. As per my husband "Saklen Ahmed Ansari" who is an employee of the company for two years stated that this company gives him the wings to fly high. Personally I see him more enthusiastic, motivated and happy than ever. It's a place where one can not only bring growth in the professional life but also in the personal life too. This company has given him a platform, an opportunity to stand high and dream big.

As an employee, I find Concept Zone a very secured place to work, the management is very helping in nature and always motivate to reach your target. They treat all employees equally and make sure to help each and everyone personally and officially.
Concept Zone is indeed an institution of knowledge where I have learnt so much about exhibition industry and definitely how to be positive always for your work that has always helped me keep my work the best in all terms.

My working experience here was good. Learnt so much in a short time. Very warm and kind people. Love to be part of this family again and again.

I worked there for 1month without any payment and after that i keep calling everyday but no one answer. I wonder about how human can be behave. I’m sure Abishek is a head of thieve’s team. Shame on you

If you are looking for a job here, I would suggest dont waste your time here. Its a Family business than a corporate, The salaries are delayed.

They wasted by 5 months as they keep promising you that they will give visa but they will not. Even though they will deduct the salary and take visa money from you!

Not just me, they fooled many poor people as they only know how to take money and fire you!

One of my colleague worked there for 8 months without VISA as they keep applying the visit visa instead of giving employment visa, Vishal, Sundar and Abhishek are all thief

Poor management of units, delayed statements, delayed installations, sales agents using deceptive tactics, non-delivery, not taking responsibility, non-transparency, etc, etc.

Once you approved and given the 50% payment before the job, the commitment of these looters are done with your company. Until then they will tell you all the sweet words to you and behave like they are the best people in this world.

I have approved a job and invested for a stand with them. They aren't finished the fixing of the stand even the last day of ending day of the show. Not a single part of the stand was completely finished or perfect finishing. Once they try to call them in between the emergency situations, don't expect they will answer the call. At the same show, they're contracted with several other companies also, they don'tfixed any of the stand of their clients well.

Completely ruined the show and felt shame on my clients once they visited my spot.

Don't ever ever try to make any alliance with these thieves if you are expecting any kind of professionalism for your company.

Worst company i had ever seen. Just cheating every employees.
Shut down this company if you dont have ability to pay salary to employees.
