Valuables Undelivered Since August 2018!

I sent some valuables to Lahore in August 2018 but they never got delivered! After struggling with Concorde, I filed a case against them in Abu Dhabi Court but Concorde didn’t RENEW THEIR LICENSE and disappeared. Until now I am chasing them for my valuables but they are completely irresponsive.

I am sharing this experience for others to be safe from their CROOK BUSINESS PRACTICES. If you still want to engage them then simply check Concorde's Abu Dhabi license at DED Website.

Unprofessional, ignored phone calls once they got their payments, failed to deliver the shipment to canada and kept postponing refund process. Gave us a fake shipment policy and took advantage for our inexperience in shipping cargo by telling us that everything is going fine when the material has been in their office the whole time.

I had an issue with them but it had escalated has Ben done the issue resolved in very prompt way.its really professional company and they have very fast action.i recommend them for all cargo going to north america and Canada.thanks for them really they support me

Heard the news about the delayed return of vehicles from Amman in 2018. Although I had my suspicions after reading the negative reviews, but after having a talk with Mr. Rami, I was able to understand that the delay occurred because of a sudden governmental orders issued by Amman. I exported my car to Jordan two years ago and currently working with them to ship my items to Montreal. So far so good.
