Extremely poor customer service. Complaint about noise pollution by their landscaping department has been logged already end of June 2023 and not responded to date despite countless reminders and the noise never stops.

Thanks, Syeda Rabab, for always taking the time to explain admin steps and being so efficient and in a good mood! AOFC renewal process was quick and smooth thanks to your assistance as well as Shubha.

Staff are helpful but the location is difficult to reach. You can only get there by private car or taxi. No public transportation accessible

I admit Concordia's requirements are a bit tedious regarding Annual Operation Fitness Certificate (AOFC) renewals. But recently, their business support executive have been more pro-active and responsive. Syeda, Rinil, and Fatima, did a good job in our recent AOFC renewal with a client. Good response rate. Also have to give commendation to Elizabeth and Syeda as well for helping us out for the past 3 years.

Pathetic services!
Very late response. We have been working in the office without being able to switch on our AC due to water leakage from room and the incident was reported on 14th July 2023 and till date the issue is not resolved and no one even bothers to look back into the matter.

As a fitout contractor in Dubai, I am happy to review the interior fitout division of Concordia DMCC has one of warmest team. We really appreciate how Ms. Anju and Mr. Harrison took out time from their busy schedule and patiently answered all our queries. I contacted Concordia for initiation of AOFC inspection and the representative Ms. Roshy after understanding the requirement, forwarded the call to Ms Syeeda who in turn promptly addressed the issue and acted on the request. The service got completed in a matter of days only.

We lost my son bike in JLT around a month back which was informed to the security team same time and they promise to do their best to find it.to be frank I was not hopping to find it but one day I received a call from your team members Mr. Gurlal Singh and Mr. Stanley Siriba requesting me to visit them and check a bike they found someone else was using.
I visited them, recognized the bike and showed them the proof of ownership and receive it.my Son was extremely happy to receive back his bike.
