Contessa Bridal Dubai

I loved my experience with Contessa and especially with Nellie who has been an amazing bridal gown consultant. She has been super friendly and shared spot on recommendations when I asked for support. I recommend this place :)

Great tailoring. However, the final dress had a few spots in it and the shop had the audacity to ask us to steam and clean the dress on our own because their machine wasn’t working. When the dry cleaning service showed us the final results we weren’t satisfied. We confronted the shop about it so we could at least get a refund for the dry cleaning. However, the shop personal preferred to put the blame on us because we didn’t give them the dress back to find a solution together. Why didn’t you just steam it in the first place then? Also showed her Dubai customer laws and she said she wasn’t responsible anymore because i steamed it (which was their suggestion)
She also said she would understand if it were a wedding dress as if other occasions didn’t matter. The shop must work on their poor customer service.

Hello we visited the shop today to buy two dresses and we asked for help from the Arabic sales girl because there’s some points didn’t know how to explain it in english. But we were shocked from the way Arabic sales girl deal with us.
*we requested to try the dresses in the big fitting room so we can see the dresses better but she told us i’m still preparing it but we insist to go there and when we enter the room there was nothing to be prepared.
*Also she requested that our kid girl to stay outside the room because she is afraid on her dresses! However our girl wasn’t doing any mess.
* Also when we requested for discount because we are buying two dresses and we told her if you don’t do discount will buy only one so she told us okay don’t worry i can sell the dress to other people in very rude way!
* also we felt that she is dealing with us in a personal way as if there’s any personal between us while it’s the first time we see her
At the end, reminder! The people entering the shop have happy events so they don’t need any negative way of treatment.

I looked for my engagement dress in many places but I finally found the dress at Contessa. It was the perfect timeless dress and everyone complimented it which made me very happy. Special thanks to the staff for helping me choose and fit the dress.

Amazing tailoring service by Janet. My extremely delicate wedding silk dress arrived from the UK 2 weeks before the wedding and unfortunately it needed major alterations at the back. I was super worried to leave it with anyone but Janet delivered - and next day too! Thank you so much x

I didn’t have to look for another place! I reached out to them with a specific design in mind and Dayana got back to me and told me they have the dress I’m looking for. I went there and everyone was so welcoming and treated me like I know them from long time ago and in few minutes I was wearing the dress of my dreams. They altered it for me and I am so grateful to all the feedback and quick changes they did. I found my matching tiara there too and the veil and was all set for the big day! Came to Dubai to find my wedding dress with a list of amazing boutiques. As soon as I walked into the boutique with mom, she did not even bother to welcome or greet us like any other decent customer service would do. Her emphasis on paying the 300 appointment booking fee was like she is saying pay it now or leave. Quality of customer service definitely help you succeed or fail, big time!

I had THE BEST experience at Contessa. I met Neli who took such great care of me. She introduced me to a dress I had no desire in trying, but convinced me to just try it on and I fell in love with it. I would definitely recommend Contessa to everyone I know.

Wanted to pass by the shop to get a better idea ok the bridal dresses and their prices since the prices are not included on their website. They asked me to book an appointment that would cost 300 aed, I was unclear on why I would have to pay 300 aed to look at dresses and check prices. Upon expressing this, the shop didn’t understand why that’s an issue. I’ve been to many bridal shops around the world and in Dubai, I have never been asked to pay money to browse a shop.

Edit to reply to your response below: Please be sure that I completely understand that an appointment is necessary but don’t understand why I hVe to pay for this appointment. Secondly, the catalog on Whats app with prices, doesn’t not include all dresses upon getting further clarification from contessa, I was told for the specific dresses I wanted and prices on I have to visit the shop

It’s such a shame because I was really looking forward to possibly find my dream dress at Contessa. I would recommend the shop to look into this policy.

The beginning everything is good I chose the dress they fix it and it was so nice. I was looking for some hair accessories suddenly while trying it on my hair the piece cut to two parts and it seems very fragile piece and said you have to pay for it and not allowing me to talk to the manager and I been forced to pay. I felt cheated and way been treated as customer is very low class.no more me or any members of family and friends dealing with this shop.

Nellie was very friendly and courteous. She took the time to explain the different types of dresses and materials. She assisted me with trying the dresses. She was very patient and answered all my questions.wide variety of dresses and jewellery at the store.

This salon has everything what you need: all variety of dresses and accessories, all sizes, smart team, motivating sellers and magic professional tailors. I had my dress customized in 1 day and left Dubai happy with my wedding dress by american designer.

I recently visited the store for my wedding dress. The staff was very friendly in my crazy wedding needs. Their many years experience makes you feel comfortable when you express feelings for each dress that you try on. I was in Dubai for a week in search of a dress, I went to few shops and had no luck

So I went online and started searching for more bridal stores and came across contessa i messaged them on WhatsApp and got a instant reply.i showed them the style I wanted and they told me to come in that same day and they prepared the dresses that they think I would like

I really liked one but wanted to add sleeves I only had 4 days left until I fly out, but they said they can alter the dress and add the sleeves In that time

I already knew this shop as I’ve bought a party dress to attend a wedding last year and after having such a great experience with all the staff and especially with Miss Anna, I decided to come back and check for my wedding dress this time. Again Anna was very personal, she remembered me and immediately understood what I was looking for. They are all very professional, smiling and understanding, they know how to control the bridal stress and everything went smooth. I would definitely recommend this shop for evening dress and wedding ones. And they have great collections with very good prices!
Last but not least the lady in charge for the alterations is so sweet and she does a great job!

They placed an order and got it here within a few days only <3 No regrets in taking the risk! My dream dress was here; and it just needed some tailoring. Nelly, such a great help was so quick and on point in making the process so smooth; always keeping me updated with exciting news faster than expected. <3 The dress was fitted to be just perfect; literally and when I would enter their shop I’d just feel so warm and excited. Contessa Bridal saved my wedding! I had a two piece dress made by a tailor but was very unhappy with the outcome. Upon pick up I could not get it changed anymore as the tailor went on vacation on the next day, just two weeks before my wedding date. I was in tears and did not know what to do when I decided to contact Contessa for some help. Mohammed and the team, Dee, are just simply amazing! They welcomed me into the shop with a very calm and reassuring manner making sure I was taken care off and that they could fix my outfit. In not even a weeks time they adjusted my top which turned out to be a hit! The tailors are all professional there and the team even more so. I think Mohammed felt so sorry for me that he even sold me another back up dress for an extremely good price which fitted perfectly! I could not resist and so I had a beautiful fixed dress plus a new designer dress for very little money. Overall amazing experience and I will send all my future bride friends there for sure. THANK YOU so much once again Mohammed & Dee, you are the best and I looked amazing thanks to you! ;-)
