Never deal with these people.they steel money from their customers. They don't inform their customers that car is approve by email or sms. This is the trick to steal money. They keep adding delay money. Big Frauds!

I would like to bring your attention. I have sold my car through copart and after the approval i was told that i will be receiving my payment with 3-4 days. But after one month i got my payment. I was in need of money. I hope you cooperate with your customer. Thank you.

We purchase many vehicles from copart, we always had bad experience in each vehicle. Worst senario is to get payment they have strict terms and conditions but to release vehicle they make too much delay and no specific comittments for their customers.
Terms is 3 working days to clear the payment and they are considering 1st day as the same day of winning the bid that too after workings hours. Bid finishes at 6 pm in evening so how they can consider as working day for payment. This situation can happen with anyone. Emirates Auction is much better than co part.

I had a wonderful experience buying a used vehicle by accident. The process was very quick and stress free and great. Mr. Wasim) was very accurate and knowledgeable.
He is amazing and makes the process really smooth.

Excellent place to purchase salvage cars but the customer service is very bad. Telephone service is much much better with lady named azza. She is always guiding and helping in a professional way.

I used their delivery service and they brought the car I won with a wrong key: not from my car, but another same brand car. When I asked them to fix their mistake, they blamed me (!) that I don't know how to use the key and refused to provide the original key!

They used go be good, now they play with prices internally. For example I had seen a completely wreched jeep and the bid price was 41000 which is impossible.

I have been dealing with copart Dubai for the last seven years and what I found out that they deal with me as one of the family and they try there best to satisfy me, my dealings were improved allot since Mohammed Waseem joined becoming a direct one to one dealing.

I have bought three cars from copart LLC and I will continue buying from them. They are so easy to work with and communicate they respond immediately specially Mohamed wasim you can contact him by email or phone.

Very bad customer service. They give my account number for anothor person because I did not login since long time and they ask to pay 200$ to reactivate it and put another 20000 aed again for deposit, and I have already give them a check for same amout before. No body care about you and very carless people

Very Big Yard for the vehicles on auction.
No facility for transport inside the compound. Very difficult to walk around in the Hot Sun for vehicles inspection.
Suggest that they could provide some kind of Bics or scooters inside the compound. They may charge rent for those

We traveled here from Hungary to plan and making Business with them, but they said without any ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP not allowed to enter and look around, because of them Policy & Security Rules.

That's mean you have to PAY BEFORE YOU MAKING YOUR DECISION to buy anything or not!

Congratulations you loosed a future big client with acting like this.

I come here to make a business with them, but they wasn't let me inside to see their cars, just if I pay some money for them to nothing.

Take care with them like a future buyer, because there is many hidden cost fee. For example to be a member you haver to pay 550 AED basic or 1050 AED VIP + 2000AED security deposit. After you win auction they deside in 4 days give or not, price +5 % VAT. Next to that 4 type of administration fee + again 5% VAT. Finally coming shipment again with extra fees.

I am so sad, upset, because a guy name Hadi he shout me, disappointed me, he was so rude. He doesn't know how to speak with Customer.
Please teach him, how to speak friendly, How to give Customer Service all the people.
He is not able on this seat. Really 1st time face to a bed guy.

انتبهو يا اخوان من هاذي الشركة وانصح بعدم الشراء منهم ابدا، يبيعون سيارات فيها عيوب مخفية ولا يتم تسجيلها في المرور، والصور مختلفة تماما عن الواقع، اشتريت منهم ٣ سيارات الاولى كاتبين عليها مواصفات خليجية وهي مش هيك والثانية مقصوصة شمعات وملحمة واشتكيت عليهم فيها لحماية المستهلك والثالثة فيها عيب بالماتور وملحمة سقف ومكسر التابلو وكانت في الصور تبدو وكالة. غير متعاونين وسيئين جدا في التعامل ويضعون الحق دائما على المشتري.

What a poor customer service they have at Copart UAE does not not have value for costumer its a worst experience ever in my life with copart uae, i will never recommend, i thought my deals with be smooth with them because they said they are international company but from my 1st deal of importing salvage car from USA i understood there standard of customer service and they don't have value for customer and customers money

Riswan and Irfan were awesome, they already had my paperwork (title) ready when I arrived. I was in and out in a few minutes. Lots of parking on site, great service thanks guys!

Very disappointed from the customer service the company is good but the customer service is the worst part they have made 2 counters for customer service but since I came to co part only 1 is being operated

Huge numbers of salvaged cars from all over Dubai_Abu Dhabi etc. Collections of hyper cars, super cars, classics you name it, this is the lace to be.

They cheated me and robbed me! First they sold me a car that had hidden defects and then they stole my deposit for participating in an auction in which I did not participate.

Very good car auction provider for variety of vehicles with a great office facility and great staff who is both efficient and courteous and you can get your affairs handled readily. The only drawback is the location which is a tad bit far and on the outskirts of the Emirate but nonetheless a great car auction provider with their stellar reputation in the USA and here in UAE.

You can find nice car, but I surprised that service is so bad. I think worst what I met in my life. I bought two cars and with two cars was problem with documents. All documents was full mistakes. I spent a lot of money and time to solve my problem. And now I can't take my deposit out already second week.

Worst experience, too much extra charges, too much delay, to much promising, a lot of misinformation, no answering phone calls, no experience in customer service, no paper work on time, no customer service. Ask everything before you enter. They might tell you something now, but in fact it will be opposit. If you win a car, minimum you will require to wait 40 days to drive it (this is from my experience)

One of the massive collection of used cars and imported salvage tag cars.if looking for a car for self build or a donor car. Its beat place.
Do some research online prior to the visit. Cars for japan and UK suited well for india use.however for UAE and Middle east and African countries. US vehicles are best.

Copart one of the leading used and accident car auction company based in DUbai industrial City. I know this company for almost 10 years and dealt with them for selling my used cars and also I purchased an accident car from them. Copart is a trustworthy car auction company. Their terms and conditions are straight forward. No fine print to worry about. You have to register online and pay a minimum of ARD 2,000 deposit and yearly subscription fee of AED 500. They have variety of accident and salvage vehicles starting from just AED 2000 for old model cars to luxury and sports cars. My recommendation is to register online, pay your deposit and yearly subscription, go through their stocks online and chose your vehicles. Before bidding online you must visit their yard and inspect vehicle physically. Make sure you chose the right vehicle before bidding. Your online bid is final. You will have to pay the total bid amount in full within 3 working days. You can not use your deposit amount to adjust the bid amount. If you ever chose to get your deposit amount back you have to cancel your account and get your refund. You will get your AED 2000 back but you can not get your yearly subscription amount of AED 500.

Open 9.00 - 12: 30 and 15: 00 - 16: 30! ! ! Timing is NOT CONVINIENT at all. It seems they don't care to much about clients.

Vary good but. The service at Cobart is very bad since I bought a car from America and it was paid but they did not send me the purchase bill or the shipping bill.
