DIFC branch was much more helpful.
This branch processed another customer who came later than us. Disappointing service.had to wait an extra 30 minutes for just 6 sheets of printed paper

Charges are too high
He charge me 68 dhs for my passport size photo and one baby's passport size photo that I captured in my mobile.
