There should be no ratings for your team at all. First learn how to answer the call and speak to a customer. Then give proper response to customer queries and satisfy.

I have a very bad experience with cosco last 5 months, i shipped 01 container to Algeria, Cosco didn't do their manifest at Algeria and my container got block for 03 months, after 03 months situation got resolved at customs but cosoc denied to pay all extra charges caused by their mistake for not posting their manifest to Algeria customs.

Not customer friendly, Bossy attitude. I wish we could take back even 1 star, They don't deserve -stars. I am hopeful soon all the importer community will discourage them so that they will learn the lesson how to deal with consumer. Pathetic services.

Worst shipping line we have have ever used. Playing badly to earn the demurrage charges. Not professional, changed ETA 3 times of same shipment and give free time of 3 days only. After thousand request, they even didn't bother to consider for the extension of free time which they should give because of early cargo arrival. Please Never use and suggest

Unfortunately, there is no option less than 1 star.
In today's time, trying frantically to get in touch with their office for past 2 hours only to receive automated service where noone answers. Sent an email to their customer service which is blocked. Finally got lucky to reach import customer service person who just hung up after listening to my concern. I can see that inspite of such poor reviews they are doing nothing about it.

I WISH I COULD TAKE AWAY THE STARS FROM THEIR REVIEWS. THEY WONT ANSWER CALLS, IF THEY DO THEY WILL HANG UP ON YOUR FACE, SINCE 3 DAYS I M TRYING TO FIND OUT THE COST OF D/O BUT STILL I HAVENT MANAGED TO DO SO. PPL ARE RUNNING TO FIND BUSINESS IN THESE CRITICAL TIMES AND I AM AMAZED HOW THESE NON PROFESSIONAL ARE CHILLING ON THEIR BOTTOMS AND HAVE PPL RUNNING FOR THEM. TIMES CHANGE FOR SURE AND IT WILL CHANGE FOR THEM ALSO

I have wasted my 02 hours to sortout my shipment issue on all extension. Reply as under:
Ext: 1. Import Customer Service: IN CORRECT ENTRY
Ext: 2: Export Customer Service: NO RESPONSE
Ext: 3: Import Documentation: picked up.when I ask Email for Import he asked me to contact Customer Service. Again I tried to ask. He didn't listen me and ask me to contact only Customer Service and hanged-up phone on my face.
Ext: 4: Export Documentation: NO RESPONSE
Ext: 0: No response
We hereby request you to improve your contact details on your website. There is no Email listed. We are not able to mail from your website in inquiry form either.

Why bother putting up a customer service number when you won’t answer? I tried calling more than 10 times and I have been trying for consecutive days but didn’t get connected at all. No answers! It’s a shame that a big shipping company like this cannot afford to give customers a good and satisfying customer service. Just shut down your customer service number if you don’t want to answer calls because it is useless.

I called 10 times no one is responding the call, very bad customer service ever not helpful! I have an urgent shipment to clear.

No one is there to attend your call, how possible for such a big company not to answer calls? Very poor customer service.
