I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I received to Ms Julia who always meet my expectations . The team was not only knowledgeable and efficient but also incredibly friendly. It's clear that they prioritize creating a positive customer experience, and it shows in every interaction. And also to the beautiful ladies Kelly , Kris and Giselle who always have the best smile and give their best to assess our needs .

So… I got the groupon Botox. I had my first appointment with Dr Yousef and he told me groupon vouchers cover Nabota Botox. He proceeded to inject me with the fattest most painful needles I’ve ever had (I’m 42 and have been having Botox since I was 30) he hit my eye socket bone which gave me an instant black eye which lasted 5 days. The “Botox” never kicked in. I went back for a follow up and he agreed and commented “yeah it’s like we did nothing! ” So he injected me again. This time I booked for 12pm but was called the day before to be informed as he has a prior engagement his first appointment of the day was 3pm and asked if I could reschedule for then. I agreed but when I arrived I had to wait 1hr 10 mins until 16: 10 as he was backed up with appointments! Apparently there was a mistake and the receptionist had booked everyone for the same time! The second “Botox” injection still has had ZERO effect! I went back for a third time this time I booked with Dr Mirna and she told me it’s not safe to do anymore Botox so soon. She said I can pay again in one month or pay 800dhs per session for micro needling! What a joke I’ve completely wasted my time and money and will NEVER come back or recommend this place!

Amazing service overall. They communicate well prior to appointments both telephonically & whatsapp and quite flexible with scheduling. Reya is amazing very gentle and always ensuring I am comfortable during our sessions. Worth the commute all the way to Al Barsha.

I have been coming to the clinic for almost an year now. The clinic is well maintained with a friendly and professional staff. I had done my scar removal treatment along with the under-eye dark circle regimen.

The experience with Cosmo Secrets Medical Center was outstanding. Been there several times and the service gets better from time to time. They have "quality over quantity" principle combined with very hospitable and professional staff. Specially Kathleen who's been assisting me all throughout from appointment booking and after service without fail. Good quality service and great staff are the reasons why I keep on coming back to this clinic. Overall, It's highly recommendable!

I don’t understand with their management like how u let client waiting so long! Have appointment 3.30 pm and they let me waiting till 4.10 pm the funny thing they take me to administration room lol.still waiting like 30 min and doctor came finally! After that someone try to apply anaesthesia cream on my face.after 20mn she removed it and after still nothing and waiting! Like 5.10 pm I def just go like just wasted my time there! I can see the doctor prefer their “special guest first” lol I mean… I’ll pay there not doing treatment for free.so treat your client same! They didn’t even say sorry hahaha neverrrrrr come again

I had my first session of laser hair removal done at plump and couldn't be happier with the experience! The atmosphere was modern and welcoming, and everything was extremely clean. I was nervous about getting it done, having heard that it is painful, but Ms. Ann (from the reception) did a great job explaining to me what would take place and calming my nerves. It was a lot better than I thought, and I felt extremely comfortable throughout the session with Grace. I will definitely be coming back again to finish my sessions. Im looking forward to the results!

Horrible clinic. The receptionist claims not to know the prices and that only the doctor does. They tell you one thing on the phone and then they call you back to change the prices. You get mislead and inaccurate information just to be charged extra! Highly untrustworthy and NOT RECOMMENDED

Omg! I would say this Clinic is one of the BEST! Professional, efficient and knowledgeable staff. From receptionist to the therapist. Amazing people! Hello Cosmo team, it’s been more than 2 years I am using your services, today I had my session I. Barsha branch but got msg saying it got canceled for some emergency reasons anyway called back since I am traveling to 2 days anyway they manage to give appointment in dso branch.this is my first time there and I got lost but frankly receptionist @ Rachel was so kind calling and guiding me all way she is really sweet and great customer serviceand reya my technician was amazing she is really too good I really really very professional.loved her work and customers service amazing job

Staff is nice and friendly. Place is very clean and well looking. I have done some of my sessions of laser hair removal with Hashmi and I could not recommend her more. She is very professional and focused on detail. She will make sure that you leave the appointment very satisfied and won't want to do other sessions with anyone else. Definitely would recommend nurse Hashmi to anyone.

Cosmo clinic is the best, from my own experience, the staff at the front desk are so nice and polite specially the Tunisian Ines. Excellent experience with this clinic. From scheduling my sessions and the actual service, all the staff were professional. Receptionists Ann and Kathleen have been so nice and helpful to me and all my queries. Nurse Julia is such a professional and very gentle in performing the laser procedures. Dr. Mustafa also did an amazing job in my teeth whitening. Overall very satisfied with this clinic.

Completed the 3 sessions of carbon laser on my darkening elbow, i couldn't be happier with the amazing results. Thanks to Nurse Grechelle. She was extremely effective in treating it via laser. She put me at ease and explained everything excellently. Hence, i have further availed course of sessions on laser hair removal. I have had laser treatments throughout the world and haven’t ever come across such professional and efficient service. The clinic itself looks five star and luxurious with exceedingly professional, kind and customer-focused staff that are extremely polished. Kathleen I’m particularly commending in how she received me and detailed the service to receive helping me to understand what I am to expect. Her calm smooth tone help me to relax as I was a bit apprehensive due to the laser treatment. Amazing services and clean environment! I’ve been with Hashmi for quite a while now and she is the best at what she does especially with laser treatments. Highly recommend her as she is a professional and caring esthetician.

The laser service is good, however the operators and booking system is absolutely terrible. Nothing like I have seen before I am in shock. The operators do not even spend time reading a message, they take random actions without confirming with the client. This has been leading to my appointments being scheduled very late (longer periods than 1 month between appointments) which ultimately will affect the laser results. There should be a huge improvement on this front. Completely not acceptable. When I call them, they say “we made a mistake we will try to fix it”: 1) your mistakes are very repetitive, 2) teach your operators that when a customer is clearly angry with the poor customer service they should acknowledge it and find a solution, 3) stop saying the manager is not here whenever I ask to speak with one, VERY unprofessional.

Everything is excellent about this clinic! The cleanliness of the facility passed my OCness which im very happy about. Ive done my bikini and underarm laser under Miss Grechelles care for almost a year now and i recently started laser for my legs since i love to tan we werent able to do that before but now that they have the machine for tanned skin i didnt think twice to do it:) And also theyre very flexible when it comes to packages all thanks to the manager Miss Dina, just tell her what you need and she'll give you best price super satisfied.

I had a great experience with all staffs and doctors.all staff for laser instructor are very friendly and offering a competitive price/offer. I did my armpit laser and the result is so amazing and their office ambience is very cool, neat and clean.the manager Ms. Dina is very organize and polite when it comes of dealing with customer service and Ms. Julie I would recommend as I am very happy with her service and the result.

I was disappointed today with the facial that I had. During the booking the receptionist told me that my facial will be around 1h and today I had the unpleasant surprise of a facial for less then 30min. When I asked the Russian lady why was the facial so short she told me if I want more facial massage to book for another treatment. For your information I paid nearly 200 aed for the facial and was the worst facials, short and expensive facial that I had in Dubai in 15 years. First of all you need to learn how to speak with your customers and second to put an effort while performing your job. You were careless, cold and very insolent.
I will not recommend any facial treatment with this company.

I did my bikini and armpit laser hair removal with nurse Julia and I’m so happy with the results, she’s very professional and gentle when doing the treatment and very kind too. Very difficult to make an appointment here and they don't respond to your WhatsApp messages. Didn't manage to make an appointment here. Im not sure if it is because I have a grupon. I asked the receptionist to get the manager to call me but no one followed up.

Not the best in customer service. Telephone calls always takes ages to answer. They don't even reply to WhatsApp messages promptly. I have been going there for a few times already due to packages bought and the service doesn't seem to be improving each time! Quite disappointing!

I did carbon laser and my skin got messed up with pimples and complexion also effected badly. Never recommended.

I did LHR for underarms from here. I have great results achieved.
Unfortunately i shifted the country so unable to take last session.
Only thing which i dint like was. My each treatment is done by different ladies. And each lady have their own rules. On phone they said shave a night before and at the time of treatment they say "oh you shaved, we wanted to see the growth, how will we know about the result"
So i can say there is lack of co-ordination between staff.
But at the end result is what matters. And i m extremely happy with results. Must try clinic:)

لإخفاء التجاعيد لكن الدكتور شرح لي كيفية عمله وحقنه قبل تطبيقة وبالفعل عملت علاج الفيللر ومن أول مرة ظهر الفرق في وجهي ودون الحاجة الى اي تعديلات او تصحيح والرائع انه يدوم لمدة عام كامل لن احتاج خلاله الى وضع فيللر اخر. جزيل الشكر لك دكتور أنس
