Just want to warn everyone about this consultancy, maybe consultancy is genuine, maybe some people are happy, but personally I won't ever recommend anyone to go to them.
Their only motive is to earn money, they never call you to give you any update about your file or to suggest you to improve your points.
The only time they call or msg you is to follow up about the payment.
Even when I am messaging them or calling them to ask about the status of my file, no replies, or delayed replies.
When I went to register myself everything was good, till the time their executive Zaiba was there everything was good, as soon as she left, no one even bothered calling me, except for following up for payments.
I will not recommend this consultancy to anyone.
After the review, got a call from them asking me to tell the entire truth, so the entire truth is I paid 1/3 of my payment and for that payment they processed my file. As per them their job is only to process the file, which I believe even an amateur can do by making an account at Canada immigration, I was not even given access to my account.
For me consultancy services are available to guide you through the complete process, I'll agree the owner of the company met me to give some guidance but because of COVID many things changed, they were facing issues as well as I was facing some issues, but instead of replanning or updating me about the changes for immigration, only calls I received were for payments.
I don't have an issue with the owner, he has good knowledge and he explains things in a good way but we can't always talk to the owner, we are assigned case managers, who are useless and never respond on time.
Well, I have my issues as I am not satisfied with their services and this was the complete truth, I hope they are satisfied now with the complete truth.
I just shared my experience, maybe some people had good experience with them, but I am not satisfied and is very upset with their team.

Very disappointed with the services, or rather NO SERVICE at Cosmos Immigration. Extremely frustrating experience. The staff only follows up till the time of payment, once paid no one bothers to call back or follow up.
We lost our money and more importantly our child lost valuable time and one complete session due to their unprofessional approach and shoddy visa application submitted by Cosmos staff.
I will never recommend Cosmos to any student or parent.

TL;DR
I had a really bad experience, and emotional trauma. I do not recommend hiring them. If there was refund, I would ask for it.

Nonresponsive. Applying to IRCC is the most emotional process. One need to be prepared for it and to take on all the challenge that will be coming. One of the reasons for me to hire a consultant is to reassure me I'm on the right track and guide me if I have done something to lower my chance. It's through communication, we can achieve that. Whenever I was texting my case manager, she was getting back to me late. After she gets back to you, you might have even had heart attack by then.

Lack of writing skills. My case manager's writing skills was way below average. I already had my story writing, and she took that from me to add to it. The way she added to it, was terrible and did not make any sense. There was no flow, many grammatical mistakes, not to mention capitalization and punctuation mistakes, it was everywhere to be seen. It was a disastrous Letter of Explanation. If I was the officer reading that letter, I would not approve me.

Not exactly aware of the information published by IRCC. My case manager asked me to do an IELTS exam even though I already have been accepted into my program. My college was also accepting Duolingo, and they accepted with that. IELTS was a total waste of my time and my money. Also, she was explaining to me after being accepted I would need to send my passport to UAE, which is entirely false. You need to follow IRCC's instructions and for Iraqi people we need to hand in our passport to VFS in my country. Other times that I was misled was to provide birth certificate, which is not necessary to provide.

Personal Advice:
All the documents you need are already explained on the IRCC website. Also, when you make an application, it will tell you what documents to submit. Try to provide those and it will be sufficient to review your case. What remains, is one of the most important parts of the application which is the Letter of Explanation. Write your story, be honest, because it needs to be you and it needs to be genuine, not some shenanigans pulled out of someone else's mind. And if you're not very good at writing ask for help from friends. The very last thing is to hire a writer, and even then, you will be the one doing the job, they will just be there to guide you.

Final word:
Don't rely on anyone doing this. If you're lost it means, there are more for you to learn. And that's a good thing, you are on a journey to prepare yourself for what is to come ahead. Do your best applying and hope for the best. If you didn't get it the first time, there is always will be another chance to apply again. Never five up.

I applied again after my first rejection. This time totally believing in myself, and I received my visa in 6 weeks.

Not recommended at all

I just want to share my experiences what I had with cosmos.
What this agency is doing is that they will tell everyapplicant that they are eligible to apply gor PR will get the PR within 6 months and what an applicant have to do is just start the application with them.
But the true fact is, if you have a graduation degree and some experience means you will get the eligibility to enter the pool. But you won’t get the invitation to migrate.

So technically this agency create a profile and put the applicant in pool and for that they collect huge amount of fee. The applicant pay the fee with a hope that they are entering the pool and so they will get the PR. Again I am saying If your CRS score is not above 450 or (provincial nomination) means you are not going to get PR.

Otherthing they will do is creating a profile in job bank. But if you are a nurse there is no use to enter job bank unless you completed NNAS and registration with provincial body.

I came to know about all the facts behind the migration once after I reached Canada (and that is not through Cosmos)

My intention to share my review here is to let everyone know that its not about the eligibility, but your CRS score should be higher than 450 based on current scenario.

Don’t pay any fee unless you have good CRS score.

Not at all professional. I have applied for my student visa through them and got rejection I have requested them to apply for my gcms notes to decide what to do next. I have sent them email no reply. I have made finally! Cosmos truly are a team of professionals.giving you a summary of the journey, I inquired on their phone no to apply for a job in Canada. Yet another consultant who responds and calls you hundreds of time till u pay n enroll. The moment u part with your money, get ready to run behind them. They say they have an registered attorney at Canada and only he would login on behalf of you. So you don’t get your GC KEY or PWD for that. You would be keep wondering what is the progress or what’s happening, cos u don’t have the GC key to check for urself nor would you get a prompt reply. When u start asking them often, employees show attitude and treat you as though u r dumb and u are behaving like a maniac.
They don’t do any help for province. All they do is login and wait for the normal ita to come when the crs comes down.
Go to them only if your crs is above 450 and u don’t have time to file urself, all they do n can help u is logging ur profile. So if it’s 450 u get ur ita immediately and everything is hunky dory. But anything less don’t expect any expert serivices.

Sayed and mr kumar both are doing fraudulent activities using immigration service
Finally dear applicant he will say all certificates (includes my IELTS) are fraud like what he replied. Because he can’t proceed the application in to next level.
