Costa Coffee

Tried their new flavour Ginger spice today. Expected bit more of the flavour but could taste it much though. Would not recommend to try this.
But ye costa’s coffees are always good along with carrot cake.
3 stars are for the super courteous staff and seating next to ski Dubai.

More than 30 minutes queuing for a drink.worst still the gap between the tables and the windows overlooking the ski area is harbouring alot of trash dumped by table users.otherwise the view overlooking the ski dubai is amazing.

Terrible service, ordered a cinnamon Chelsea bun, and it was so hard and dry. I made a complain to the staff, and all he could say we can make it hot. Did not even try to make it up

The worst outlet in Dubai.
The cashier kept correcting me that the “white omelette” croissant is “white egg” though on the display tag is written “white omelette”. And even pointing it out, she said in her system it is “egg white” without apologising to correct me three times. And even if a customer called something wrong you are not there to humiliate them but to serve and make them happy. But here it is not the case.
The white omelette croissant always looks unpresentable though I like the taste.
They never have glasses available for corto coffee and never put cantucci cookies unless you ask them.
I guess cause they are busy they don’t really care about customer service. They are very consistent in providing very bad service.

Excellent coffe house. Location and atmosphere are amazing. They just need to pay more attention to cleaning the tables.

Bad coffee ever, team working in this branch are not professional, and they don't even know how to make a coffee.

Costa has a good coffee, I ordered a bagel today as well but it came toasted a lot.servers are friendly

I am a regular customer of Costa in their Dubai Mall branch, who has been using their app for quite sometime. People there are pros and would like to draw a smile on your face as you approach for an order. However, the lads in here at the Mall of Emirates don’t seem to realise what customer satisfaction is all about!
The girl was hesitant to give an extra Corto dipper knowing that it’s something they always do elsewhere. I hope they read reviews and learn how to maintain clients.

I don't like the test of coffee and If your coffee fall down no replicment, Costa coffee looking for more money not looking to make happy customers

The coffee is of good quality, the cakes are fresh the only problem is your staff are unprofessional Mall of the emirates branch. The only person who was anle to help us was a tiny kenyan girl we dint get her name however she assisted us where she could. You are very lucky to have her on your team.

Nothing to say or to write. One of the worst coffee stores. I ordered one medium cappuccino with a piece of cheesecake. Both of them were tasteless. Their coffee beans weren't roasted but I think that It's burnt and I felt the taste of it when I took the first sip of it and their cheesecake isn't good so It's stale and the cheese type isn't good at all.

Even though this branch is quite busy, staff still manage the cleanliness of the tables. Barista are somewhat friendly.

I almost have this 3 stars - 2 deducted for service. However, they got my order wrong too, so reduced by another star. Overall, service leaves a lot to be desired. It seems there’s a lot of fluster and action behind the coffee bar, but no supervision or coordination.

Each time I order a cup of tea it tastes horrible. I complain then the staff change the cup and put it in a tea pot blaming the cup. But the water is making the tea taste horrible. If it happens once more I go to Starbucks.

It is a lie! I just saw the offer on share app which can give me a free donut.but the staff refuse to give me! Why？if you dont want to have your customer enjoy one donut, why u put offer on share? Very disppointed to be cheat from costa.i wont go to costa anymore

Today at around 11 am. Cashier is quite unfriendly. Staff disorganized and there is no proper coordination between them. Cappuccino is good in terms of quality and price.

It was crowded and due to Covid restrictions many tables were unavailable. Had to leave and thus went to Starbucks.

So, too few seats, CV19 fault not Costas, then a scramble with people with no food taking seats in case they dont have when they buy food. Understandable and at least Costa now policing this. However, it is unhelpful in a service environment for someone to come from the counter to tell you your order that they could have brought with them is available for your collection.one step forward and one back, roll on the vaccine.

Coffee is swamp water. Flavor of the coffee has degraded greatly in last 2 months! Achine calibration seems off. Unhappy about the taste

All the 3 staff here were horribly rude. When we told them that because of their behavior we will not visit this coffee shop again, They had the audacity to tell us "thank you for not coming back". Never faced such an experience at a coffee shop. Thumbs down.

It is situated conveniently but the service is a bit disappointing. I ordered a coffee and a sandwich. I have waited for my order for a while and to my surprise the sandwich was quite cold and not even toasted. Every time i go to a Costa coffee place they toast it which make the difference in a sandwich. Seems like they have a lot of customers here but not enough staff.

Ordered a muffin takeaway. It took them 15 mins to give it to me while I was waiting with a crying child.poor service. Please hire more staff to serve customers or close it.

Great place, ample seating and it's next to Ski Dubai. Try the Iced Spanish Latte. Yum! Best enjoyed with their banana bread.

This place has a perfectly central location, nice view and good coffee but a little bit crowded especially during the weekends.

Friendly staff but terrible service and food at 9am on a Tuesday.
I asked for them to toast my sandwich (as is usual in coffee shops), the food came back toasted on the outside yet cold on the inside.
So I returned to the counter and informed them requesting they heat It fully.

Not more than a minute or two later the sandwich appeared on my table looking a little brown on the outside however on taking my first bite it remained cold and inedible

In addition I had asked for a cup of ice for my cold drink which the staff member assured me he'd bring. This did not materialise

I had to walk out and head to Starbucks in the end. Leaving a plate of inedible food and half a cup of gritty coffee behind.

Albeit being an expensive coffee shop sometimes they come up with a rare offer. This is the case with their hot plate servings, in my case chicken and pasta which tasted very good at a reasonable price (26.25 AED). They are known for their coffee in huge cups and good desserts this time I had the strawberry cheesecake which all in all is above average (is hard to find a true New York style cheesecake in Dubai) Very polite service as they bring your order to your table. Recommended!

Oh, I love this venue. One of my favourite - you are grabbing cup of your coffee with croissant and go sitting in front of snowy ski park - amazing.

Chaotic place waiters not focused at all totally lost bring you stuff you didn't order and forgot to bring the things you have ordered. Extremely unprofessional and poor management. Need big changes.

I am a regular and almost daily costumer to costa coffee (Emiratsmall) because of its great coffee taste and its perfect location
but there services is too bad
It happened to me and to otheres several times The watress ignore the demand to clean the table after delivering the order
-One of them always try to be funny in front of his colleagues by speaking his own language and making his colleagues laughing
I think as an coffee shop and restaurant owner
They are not professional
There are Too many employees, and poor services.

Strawberry cheesecake wasn't great. I love their coconut milk cappuccino, but I did not enjoy it from this branch (tasted as if mixed with water). The view however is great, facing Ski Dubai. Nice ambiance and friendly staff.

Not bad coffe, but my favourite is latte and in Costa in Mall of Emirates I cannot drink it - they don’t have lactose free milk. Another types of „milk” from nuts/coconout or the worst - soya make my latte is not more delicious.
After drinking normal milk I have health problems so I was forced to drink coffe without milk. This makes I will not visit this costa more, better I choose coffe in Dubai which offer lactose free milk for people having such problem as I do.
Total negligence from Costa.

I am big fan of Costa Coffe in the whole world but in Dubai it makes me dissapointed.
I should give less than 4 stars but I cant because staff in Costa Coffe Mall of Emirates is really great and positive (if not their apperance I would give 3 stars).
THE BEST STAFF is definitely MRS KAREN and MR GERRY - they can make even the worst day good day with their smile and attitude.
First of all - there is not lactose free milk in cafes in Dubai. I dont understand this, why Costa Coffe UAE buys soya/almond/coconout milk (in fact this is not milk, it’s only named so) but lactose free milk not (this is cheaper than soya etc) ?
I wrote 2 emails to Costa Coffe UAE about this problem, I get such response „Dear Customer,
A member of our friendly and knowledgeable support staff will respond to your message within one business day. ” but after nothing.
I am every day customer and Costa should treat this a bit serious.
A lot of people in UAE have allergy for lactose so it would be benefit to have in offer lactose free milk (soya/almond/cocounat is just tastes horrible).
Iced drinks like for example bluberry cheescake frostino is really awful (full of some chemical siroup).
Hot drinks are good and these meals I’ve eaten in Costa UAE are also good.
However, better would be fresh sandwiches, not some long-term sandwiches from fridge.

Great coffee. Super busy today and staff got my drinks today in 3: 15 seconds. Friendly staff, great drinks. Thank you!

Have nothing against the the taste coffee.but service was awful.totally not customer-
