Costa Coffee

Great location. The food selection is good but the coffee tastes burned one time out of two.

We were dine in- served the coffee in disposible glass, they should have asked our opinion on it.

Great place and location and the staff was really sweet.

Great way to start your day with a coffee here, if the weather is nice it’s worth sitting at the balcony for nice airfield views. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Been to almost all the Costas in Dubai. But this one stands out just for it's view.right across the airport in the Emirates HQ. My place to grab a cappuccino and cold coffee. And their sandwich, bread or croissant, is always the tastiest. Another advantage is that there is a metro station attached to the building.so the convenience factor. Try it out.

Though i love Desi tea but Costa is doing great job and providing good taste as per the desires of customers

Costa coffee is always a great hangout place and offers a great variety choices in both beverages and meals

They have also started serving wide variety of healthy meals which is great for weight watchers

Loved the view! Relaxing and ideal for meetings or working alone. Very close to (almost inside) the Metro Station so much convenient for people like me without private transport ;)

Update your schedule! It’s supposed to be a 24h coffee shop and now it’s closed. Same like other random days of the week.

There's this one barista who's there most of the time I get to Costa and he knows what "customer service" is. Not to mention, I saved a few bucks here and there after availing the discount I got after he pointed out to me.

I love coffee here and the staff is friendly and usually works fast. The only thing which frustrates me is when I ask for my hot coffee in a dine-in mug and they still Bring it to me in a plastic cup with plastic lid. I don’t know why they cannot hear me.

Excellent but it can get sweaty out on the balcony. Would be nice to install a few massive outdoor fans to cool us down.

Beatiful view of the DXB airport from here while you sip you favourite cup of coffee. Love this place.

The branch I have visited is located at the Emirates Metro station EGHQ 2nd floor next to DIB. The place is quite busy but organised. I like the Primo latte and a few baked items. 20% discount for Emirates Airline staff plus a chance to refund your 2 AED if you brough your own cup. By doing this, you are helping save a few trees for the coffee cups.

I have been served from the same staff during this week and it is always a dissapointment! During thus 2 times she was having a grumpy face and not smiling at all as well as being very slow in everything she does! Today she is the one who made my drink that was one of the worst drink I had in a long time! It was burning hot I couldn't even hold the cup so another staff gave me a second cup to be able to hold it! Then I couldn't drink it for 30mn as I have burned my lips and tongue with it! It sounds as she had put the double amount of powder as it was extremely sugary! Couldn't drink it at all! This was at ground level arrival HQ! For the price we expect better service! Thanks! I have given my feedback to them the one who prepared my drink was just staring at me and the second one apologised and made a much better drink with a smile!

Been there tonight and bought 1 slice strawberry cheezecakes with hot chocolate, i am not satisfied with first served strawberry cheeze cakes, been abviously that it wasnt fresh bake so i returned back and i chose what i want, 2nd things is that wasnt tasty, quality isnt good enough for my taste bad, didnt expect this for costa products! I have been liking costa for so many years and the strawberry cheeze, red velvet cakes was my favorites, please make it add more flavor of cheeze on the cakes. ️

Tonight I had a great coffee and service from two cool and supporting baristas. Simon and Yougen. Costa keeps impressing me with their quality of service.

My favorite branch inside Emirates Airlines Head Quarter.situated inside a small shopping area.indoor and outdoor seats.the outside baloney seats overlooking Dubai Airport terminal 3.friendly staff.the parking is next to the metro and paid. 2AED per hour up to 12 AED to cover the full day.discount for Emirates staff.

Always use your card to pay here they always short change you they round down. If it’s 17.10 for example and you give a 20, they give you only 2 dhs change.
