The woman at the counter is not customer friendly, we as brother and sister wanted to spend a day at the sea, but it turned out that we were not allowed because our age, 23.20, but we saw toddlers walking and that is allowed! Disgusting beach club will never come again

Very nice spot. The ambience of the whole area is great, especially at night. The food menu u was pretty good with many options. The service staff were very attentive as well. It’s right near the beach so you can walk along the beach at night which is really nice too. All in all, I recommend.

Booked for the breakfast deal. Was told arriving before 12pm was fine on the phone and on WhatsApp.

We arrived at 11.45am and were told that we were too late for the deal which ended at 11.45am (despite us arriving at 11.45am!). So we were made to pay double for entry. No remorse

Cons - very small area. Sunbed on a sunbed - you will bump elbows with your neighbor. The sun loungers themselves are miserable - narrow and without mattresses - a shame! Couldn't they have ordered better? Service is slapdash and slow. They didn’t even bring us a table for food, like, are you holding everything in your hands?
In general, before Nikki, Summersalt and Nammes, this squalor is like cancer to China.

The best spot for a chilled beach session in Dubai with rnb, hip hop, afrobeats and bashment playing in the background. The pool area has a lot more of a party vibe.

I am extremely disappointed with the incident that occurred during my visit to your establishment in 31 of oct 2023. Despite enjoying the great service and ambiance throughout my reservation, I was shocked when, at closing time, a member of your staff approached me demanding payment for items or services that were not a part of my order. To compound the issue, the manager followed me aggressively to the exit, wearing an intimidating expression.

Let me be perfectly clear: I am not a thief, and I refuse to be subjected to unjust demands for payment. It is completely unacceptable that I should be treated in such a manner after being a paying customer. I demand an immediate explanation for this outrageous behavior and expect a swift resolution to this matter.

I insist that your management takes this incident seriously and takes appropriate action to rectify the situation. It is imperative that you thoroughly investigate the behavior of your staff and ensure that such confrontations do not occur again in the future. As a customer, I deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, and I will not tolerate any further mistreatment.

Despite sharing my concerns via email, I was only contacted for a verbal description of the issue. I appreciate the call, but I feel it is necessary to document my experience in an online review to ensure that others are aware of the incident and the steps taken to address it.

I kindly request that you address this matter promptly and in a manner that demonstrates your commitment to customer satisfaction. Failure to do so will leave me with no choice but to share my negative experience with others through an online review. I hope that you understand the importance of resolving this issue to protect your reputation and maintain the trust of your customers.

This is the best beach I’ve been to in Dubai. The ambiance is super cozy and classy. And there are actually real big waves

Very unsafe swimming pool, I found 6 glasses (luckily plastic glasses!). Childlike house rules, you have to walk all the way from one pool to the other, so they take that into account. But the condition of the swimming pool is very unsafe and dangerous: loose tiles, so you can fall in if you are not paying attention.this is outrageous! Never again! Biggest scam in relation to what you expect and what you get!

One of the better beaches in Dubai, due to the fact that the island itself is positioned way into the sea, compared to the rest of the coast line. The water and the beach itself are much cleaner. The ladies day also offers lunch included in the package, but the options are not too exciting, better order a la carte.

They told us after paying money that there is a private event.
We didn't get the Reservation for two sunbeds INSIDE the Pool!
Maybe I had change the Reservation for another day if someone toll me. It is our last day here in Dubai and maybe the last time by Cove Beach!

The only good thing about this place is open sea (could have gotten rid of the rocks at the edge of the sea, impossible to walk in). The service is horrible, had to wave at the waiting staff at the beach for ages, they simply don't look around or prefer not to notice you. The food is mediocre. And the craziest thing is that for your own money you're being harassed by security about placing your sunbed! Apparently I can't rotate it around as I want, every sun bed has to be perpendicular to the sea. This is outrageous. Never seen anything like that in my life! Funny though the service has not changed since last year, I keep hearing and seeing people complain about the service. You need to train your staff if you advertise your place as fancy. Not going back and not recommending to anyone

I don't know who this establishment is run by, but I want to say that the Ken who answers on Whatsapp is not welcoming at all and needs to change jobs.
Go your way, because their goal is to siphon your wallet.

Beach, seawater and pool are the best in dubai. Can get busy at times, so prebooking is a good idea

Cool place, bad service. Slow and always wrong, with every order they either forgot smth or brought smth wrong.

Soft sand and good service, you pay 200 Dirham, a 100 of it towards your orders so I fact you pay a 100. No food or drinks are allowed even a small bottle of water. Clean and lovely sea water, no bites of the jelly fish as in the Arlantis hotel. No building to distract the endless sea view. Lively beach and I enjoyed the whole day swimming and sun bathing

Cove Beach is one of the best beach club in Dubai, It is characterized by its charming view of Ain Dubai, as well as the quality of service on the beach in terms of food, drinks and services provided to you. Overall it is highly recommended.

I celebrated my birthday yesterday at cove beach, it was the best solution!
All the guests were very satisfied and so am I! We enjoyed eating/drinks and serving a lot.

I am a little taken back with the service quality given how well this place is promoted on social. The service and the experience is really poor, and let me break it down so your expectations are managed when you visit: the hostess cannot be bothered with the customers lol, you need to be on a lookout for a waiter to come get your order, there aren’t enough pool beds but hey they’re promoting pool passes like it’s raining beds on Instagram, food is mediocre but you’ll pay 95 dirhams for scrambled eggs because you’re paying for “Cove” not the eggs. In short, save yourself the trickery they have going on on social and try Zabeel Saray or Drift Beach instead.

Cove Beach was such a breath of fresh air. The service was a bit slow on a Sunday afternoon, but overall a perfect pool and beach day. Covid guidelines were followed strictly, and the atmosphere was just welcoming and positive. There's a nice variety of restaurants to choose from and areas to lounge.

Worst service ever
You try call waiter but they run and don’t hear or look around, forget about order and don’t give any attention. I used to come very often last year it was good now became terrible

Very rude stuff at the reception and always changes their minds. They don't welcome resident people. I have tried it many times.they grant bloggers and influencers without bookings ‍️

The place is very nice, however the drinks there 8d served in plastic narrow glasses plus the drinks is expensive considering that the glasses are really narrow

What a wonderful restaurant next to the pool, the beach and the resort. A DJ was playing during my stay, the music sounded perfectly.

The food is a success, my family and I went there couple of times and everything was perfectly cooked. Even a blue baked rib, which is rare outside of Europe in my opinion.
The sweet potatoes fries were so tasty, you can't miss it! Cookers are really good!
My only disappointment is prices. These are a lot higher than other Dubaï restaurants and hotels.

Absolutely blown away! The vibe is so chilled! The service is great, Music was amazing ooow and the food is good. There's absolutely nothing to not like here the drinks menu for the ladies day offer is pretty cool. For a 100 aed this is really an awesome experience. Such good value for money. Me and my friend came to visit Bluewaters from last week to check out the place and took a short stroll at the property as we are fancing to get a drink to relax after a late breakfast. It was afternoon so we took a walk and stop by JMRCK to look for a spot. There were 2 staff and the DJ at that time but noone came to welcome us or usher us so we walked away. As we step out of the lounge a tall black guy came to approach us and asked a question which was very discriminating. Please note that yes, we are dressed in tshirt and jeans or maybe with our gym clothes but nobody has the right to judge anyone with the way we look or how we are dressed. It is in broad daylight. I will never ever recommend neither visit this place again.
