This place is so gorgeous and the scent of roses is everywhere. As for the wonderful roses and their forms, they are very many.you are creative.

I asked them to deliver the flowers at 2 but they decided that they wanted to deliver them 2 hours earlier when no one was home so someone had to rush back to pick them up. They did not take my contact info the day I ordered it which led me to follow up with them. And when communicating with the person in shop about how someone else would pick the flowers up they did not inform the driver and the driver then denied to give the other person the flowers until I had to get in contact with him myself. Really ruined a very normal plan will never use their delivery service again.

Worst flower company - I ordered 14th Feb a valentine buket online and cash on delivery. I called them 3 times and everytime they said, we will call the driver and call back. They never called back. Online support is a joke. And 14th Feb almost finished and flowers never came.

You order red and pink roses in pink wrapping and you get white roses in white wrapping. Not reliable.bad customer service. Also they give you a price and then add VAT.

MY FLOWERS WERE SUPPOSED TO COME AT 11 AND IT IS 12: 31 AND STILL NOT HERE. THEY DESTROYED MY SAN VALENTINE'S SURPRISE AND WHAT IS WORST NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. ZERO RELIABILITY.

Ordered flowers from London, England for in-store collection on Valentines Day. Staff were extremely helpful. Ordered online and able to chat with them direct using the chat facility on their website. Everything went very smoothly. Great quality and very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Management of the shop should be a bit more considerable in regards to their working hours. In google it shows that they are open from 8am but in fact they are open only at 10am. Wasted my time coming to their shop today to be advised by the guy inside who was actually working that he can’t open the door till 10am.
