Having a terrible day, I came in for the first time to treat myself. It was great to find such lovely armchairs and decor! Also, the staff were so friendly and chatty, I unfortunately didn't catch their names. Although they didn't know I was having a bad day, they certainly brightened up my day. Thank you.

Worst service ever, I’ve been waiting for my sofa for the past 3 months. You have promised to deliver the sofa on the 10th march, but no luck!
No communication, no answers! Very disappointing!

It is often hard to find great customer service in Dubai, but we wandered into the Green Community Branch and met Katherine who listened and provided great suggestions, gave us a good packaged offer for a L shape lounger, 2 one seaters and a coffee table, and we could go back home, double check our measurements and then ordered at home from the internet. All was consistent. We could pick our delivery date when we ordered! But we later needed to change our delivery date by 4 days. We called Cozy Home and of course they fixed everything. I will definitely shop here again and recommend it to my friends. Thanks for being in Dubai!

Have just got today our Lincoln Cloud Corner Sectional Sofa, absolutely charming lovely big sofa, super amazing color just what we were looking for thankyou very much Cozy Home. The delivery team was very helpful and put it all together for me. I would highly recommend this furniture store and I'm really happy with my purchase.

LOVE this couch!
Perfect for napping, reading, watching TV, hanging out. I think this is the most comfortable couch I've ever sat on. I fall asleep on it almost every night-I joke with my husband that we should return it since it's too comfortable and we keep sleeping on it. Its huge, fits great in the room-no complaints at all. We had this sectional for about a month now and we love it. I am happy we went with the configuration that includes the generously sized "corner wedged" piece. Its my favourite spot to curl up and read a book or watch TV. We also have a baby and the Seville fabric has been a dream to keep clean. The fabric feels great and durable. It's even prettier in person than in my pictures. The structure is rock solid, there's no flex at all. Very happy with our choice!

It’s a sofa and bed shop. Big store with many different sofas. The plus point is you can select the color and size. Good options when they have offers. Minus point is little far from downtown Dubai area but at least free parking. Good sofa selection so it’s worth a visit.

I REGRET BUYING FROM THIS PLACE!
I ordered beautiful turquoise colour sideboard online. The drowars are impossible to open because there is no mechanism included. So basically every time I open the drawers, I need to use power and pull with all my strength. When the drower opens finally, it damages the bottom, because it is wood into wood, there is no soft closing. I paid alot of money for something that is not practical at all.
I complained several times. They came, got the drawers. Brought them back long after the agreed time, painted the damages and said I read the description before ordering and there is no mechanism included. So if I need this fixed I have to pay more so the furniture is taken away and fixed. That means probably another 3-4 weeks.
VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! VERY BAD EXPENSIVE FURNITURE!

Cozy Home has the best furniture hands down! First off, there is easy parking right outside the store which made it super easy to get too. The staff here were so nice and helped us with picking the right furniture for our space. The products are made of super great quality and their sofas are so comfortable. They have living room, dining room furniture, rugs and accessories.

I purchased an excellent sofa from the store. Customer service was great and sofa was delivered on time. I had a smooth experience with assembly and followed up. Great buy and great service.

The store has many good and unique items. The home accessories are beautiful. Good quality sofas and the rug selection is great. Thx to the nice sales lady and delivery team who helped me to arrange my sofa in my apartment.

The worst customer service you can ever have. Poor communication and follow up of the staff. I made a special order with them, and they promised that It will be delivered within 8 to 12 weeks, with emphasis that they usually deliver in 8 weeks. Ended up that unit is delivered in 14 weeks.
What is annoying the most is their carelessness attitude and complete negligence to consumers complaints.
