Traveling with my family to Dubai and my CPAP machine stopped working. Came to the store with my prescription and the gentleman (I forgot his name) was very helpful. They hav variety of cpap machines available.

The store is located on the top floor. Big store, clean and organized. Knowledgeable staff.

The representative I dealt with was a gentleman which I don’t remember the name, but he seemed very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions.

I needed a new mask as my mine broke. I came to the store, Floyd fitted me for different mask, a few models I tried. I found the perfect one and actually had a good night sleep with it.

On Oct 25th, 2021 I realize in the hotel, that I forgot the nose piece of my CPAP machine and as it is the middle of the night, I search the internet on CPAP DUBAI and find several stores. Next morning I try to reach the other 2 but no success. This one answers the phone, I take a taxi there and greeted by a well english speaking person, who obviously has lived for a while in the US, serves me. Precise, to the point, not overselling, just super competent. He knows his stuff and within Minutes gets me what I came for and shows me some newer stuff, which I was not aware off. He was truly a saver of my just starting one week in Dubai, as any shipment from Switzerland would have taken at least 3 days to arrive, much to late. Have been a Resmed CPAP User for over 15 years and suddenly my S9 gave way. My immediate thought was perhaps to buy a new CPAP say Airsense 10. Contacted Mr Floyd who was super helpful and was never trying to pinch an additional sale. Went to their office, Got my S9 related issues fixed, got additional accessories and also bought Aircurve 10 Vauto. Went home slept and extremely happy with Aircurve 10. Highly unprofessional and rude staff. I wanted to buy a CPAP machine and called many times and had conversations with them but their products are way too overpriced. After finding a better deal and telling the customer rep.he told me I had made a mistake and still I wanted to ask questions about their products but they would refuse to answer them because I had contacted another store also. Wouldn't recommend this place. Staff are rude and untrained in dealing with customers and also take a long time to give you a quotation.
