Craftland is a great retail store for fabrics, hand dyed threads, beautiful silk ribbons, luxurious knitting yarns and all sewing needs. Craftland is the official dealer & distributor of BROTHER professional & home sewing machines in Dubai UAE. The staff is really helpful, friendly informative and went the extra mile to assist me with the demo of a sewing & embroidery machine NV2700. Keep up the good work!

Two weeks ago I bought yarns in this store. The purchase amount was 270 dirhams. The check was struck for 2700 dirhams. We began to sort it out right there, without leaving the store, and the saleswoman admitted her mistake. They promised to return the money to the account. More than two weeks have passed and the money has not been returned. Be very careful when shopping in this store!

I bought my Brother sewing machine and accessories from here, very happy with it. Recently, I had an issue where my pre-order went wrong but they managed to get me the right one and exchanged it for free! Happy customer.

A lovely concept where you can pick ready made ceramics to paint. Terrific for dates, friends, or families. We opted to sit outside and really enjoyed our time. It was a little too loud around us and we could have used some light at the table, but overall it was great - definitely coming back!

I have been shopping at Craftland for the past 4-5 years. The girls in the shop are wonderful. Very friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful.
Management is always a different story.
Still, for the BEST MADIERA THREAD and fabric, I shop here.

Not friendly at all. Other experiences if gaverdashery craft shops have very friendly staff.

THIS IS THE WORST SHOP I'VE BEEN. THE MANAGER ITSELF IS SO RUDE. If there is no filipina sale lady their name juliet who help me and convince me to buy i will not buy. I bought my machine brother for only 2 months its broken.i ask politely to fix my machine as i have a warranty the MANAGER ARGUE WITH JULIET which trying to help me to fix it and she nicely gave me number and Adress of TRANSGULF who can help me in SERVICES but the MANAGER instead of helping me.shouting at the lady why she gave the adress to me to fix my machine.i have no idea how he became manager but he MEAN AND RUDE hes worst after i buy a machine there he just dnt care i need it asap.he told me 3 weeks its fix.but after i left craft land i call TRANSGULF and they immediately fix in 2 days my machine thanks to MR FAROOK who help me even its thursday! If i just knew tht treatment i will received from MANAGER IN CRAFT LAND id rather buy in TRANSGULF BECAUSE ALL THEIR PEOPLE IS NICE AND HELPFUL not like in craft land where i bought my machine.i will never come back or buy any machine in that CRAFT LAND.because TRANSGULF HAVE SAME MACHINE MORE CHEAPER AND MORE HELPFUL PEOPLE! THANK U TRANSGULF FOR FIXING MY MACHINE IN 2 DAYS! A manager in craft land who lies in my face tht 3 weeks it will fix as i needed urgent! I dnt recommend this place.there is alot more cheaper things to buy in SATWA AND TRANSGULF THAN THIS UNRESPECTFUL MANAGER THEY HAVE!
