The visa process can be very unclear and complicated, especially when the documents are in a language you don't understand, such as Arabic. Tarek Zaher was of great assistance; he was available when needed, corrected all the mistakes made by third parties, and even called when the process was completed, understanding the urgency of my need for the visa. Extremely unprofessional, they failed us big time. They pushed us to do our license in fujeirah free zone for all wrong reasons (they mislead us) they charged us much much more what they should’ve and when they did mistake in applying my ID they didn’t take responsibility at all and let me to handle it on my own since they simply stoped answering on our messages.
Do yourself a favor check on prices online before paying them anything (they gave us quotation of 28 k aed to do residency for 3 kids) the funny part they tried to charge us 1000 aed for vip medical test for each kid knowing that medical exam is not required for minors.

With Creation we have found the perfect partner on our site.
