Seller has never shipped my ordered goods. It has been 4 months and seller refuses to pay me back the money. They also overcharge for everything, buyers be aware.

Only basic craft items available, the salesmen have no clue about the product and are not very helpful. Prices are reasonable

It’s my first time to visit the store, and it’s more than amazing. I was amazed with all the products that they have and I used to see them only on websites from different countries. They are helpful and met me with a smile even behind the face mask. I recommend it to all the craft lovers and for the small business artists and designers. Inshallah it will not be the last visit, I have to plan to buy more things from them better than the online websites from outside of the UAE

I’m from Tanzania, I’ve been around Dubai and I needed art craft supplies for my mother and I’m so happy that I cross this shop!

I would like to share this wonderful experience. Yesterday I called this stores for availability of Mont Marte oils paints and she confirmed it’s available. I had planned to visit this place once I complete the shopping for my wife in Naïf Market. As usual My wife shopping took more time than expected and we reached late to this place. This place is inside a shopping complex and it took a while for me to reach after finding a parking. As I entered 2 guys where coming out and I requested to guide me to Creative crafts. They told me it is just closed and had I come 5 mins early I could have been successful. I was just having and conversation and I told them that I came from Jabel Ali and may be tomorrow I will try come again.
One Mr Saif, of the 2 said he works for Creative and may help. Surprise!
He opened the shop for me and helped me out to select the stuff while calling the owner in explaining my situation.
So kind of him, so Human and helpful. I not only got the stuff I wanted, also saved a trip to that busy location again.
I will definitely recommend this shop for the things they are looking for and meet some very good helpful people!

Not really obvious about their prices… their online says something different than the store. The store guy told me a price and at the cashier after i paid i found different price… more than what i wanted by 30/40 dhs maybe… they have good products but my experience wasnt good at all. Also, the sales we kind of “being sarcastic” when i asked for prices. Which made me feel uncomfortable

Very nice collection for children who want to learn craft and nice types of wool to make shawl and other products. The rate is also average

I made a big purchase from creative crafts. Gesso and some bottle of acylic paints seal was already open and i never expected this. Distress oxide was also dried out. Ensure to double check on these thing before purchase.

All items are over priced compared to other craft items stores. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

This place is a heaven for crafty people. I was looking for Mod Podge dimensional magic and E6000 at many places and found them here under one roof. This place has huge variety of art and craft supplies. Resin is also available and at good price. Highly recommended for people who want to do small to big scale art projects.
