I looked for several months for a home temple and had no luck. Then I ordered one through Amazon, crossing my fingers! Fatema at Creative furniture called me right away, made a note of all my requirements and specifications. She was so responsive to all my requests and understanding of my anxiety about the color of the temple. She personally took care of the order, furniture, and the entire process up until delivery. She and her team made sure I got the temple just in time for our religious season. The temple is absolutely wonderful and is the center of attraction to anyone who walks into my home. I always wanted to have a bar. Reviewed various suppliers online or furniture stores. I did not find something that matched our current indoor furniture. I found Creative Furniture online and contacted them to discuss customizing one specific bar they sold to match the colours of our furniture. They said yes we can do it and I visit their office in Sharjah to choose the colours. The final proposal with the 2D drawings were very professionally presented for our approval before progressing. The price I paid was very competitive in the marketplace. Well done to the Creative Furniture Team particularly Hussain who was very patient on every step and wanted to make sure I was happy. Hussain was very helpful when assisting with our vanity unit. The team arrived on time and fabricated the unit with minimal hassle. We would definitely recommend and will be using them again whenever we have any bespoke furniture needs in the future.

CF helped me furnished my apartment with custom pieces. Communication was great during the time, they worked super fast to be able to deliver during my tight deadline. All the workers were so nice, they even helped me carry some things from the car, even though I didnt expected it. Very nice people!

I am changing my ratings as this company will not address your issues once you paid them fully that to within warranty period, they will commit so many things but will not take care of single one, they built a loft bed for us, the Cabinet lock is already broken that too was within a month and i have been following up with them since, but no response,
-the color of stairs was not as per what was finalized,
-there was a small crack on one of the stair board
- the wiring under bed was not done properly,
Even after all this we compromised, our warranty period is still active but they are least bother to attend us.
The quality of work is average compared to what they charge their customers, you will get much more cheaper for the same quality of work which they offer, so don’t believe in advertisements, do your own research before you hire them and never pay in full until you are fully satisfied with their work.
Hope they will take this feedback and improve their services in future.
